Speaker comes in box with no instructions. Red wire goes to the PA for talkback. Black wire to speaker plug. Button on the back of speaker helps with noise cancellation (high low) and dial controls volume. I have not used the auxillary headphone plug as I drive a CDL vehicle. Speaker has good tone and loudness. Speaker looks to have a plastic like cone which I think will increase longetivity of the unit. For the money this is a lot of speaker
Works fine with my Ham Radio
