Important Shipping Information This is an oversize item shipped via a freight company; it will arrive at your curbside in four separate boxes within 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. The freight company is only responsible for unloading this item and bringing it to your curbide. They will not install it or bring it to your back yard or to any other location. Before signing for delivery, inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It's normal for the packaging to show some wear; however, if there is extensive visible damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact us by calling 1-800-966-6546 with your order number ready.
