This iPad is in excellent conditon, like new! They included a free glass screen protector with hard shell for the back. included stylus, and charger. shipped and arrived quickly. will buy with this company again! Did not come in apple packaging, but that is not a nonissue as far as I'm concerned.
I bought this IPad March 7, 2021 for my daughter for her birthday which was on the 18th of March and 2 weeks later of me giving it to her on her bday it goes out for no reason. It doesn’t charge up and it just keeps blinking on and off with the Apple sign popping up. Thank God I made sure I got the warranty on it just in case something happened to it and it did. I sent it off to get repaired and it was gone for almost 2 weeks. I also put the paper in the box of what they have you to fill out letting them know what’s the problem with the item. I just got it back today May 16, 2021 along with the paper still in the box and they did not repair the IPad at all. It came back to me doing the same thing I sent it off for to get fixed. I’ve requested my money back from this IPad and thankfully enough the agent I talk to will be sending me a return label to send it back and get my full refund back from this.
they sold me an ipad that had a screen so fragile I put it in a case and the screen shattered when I put pressure on it. nobody wants to replace my item for my 3 year old child. they’re crooks and worthless. save your money and go buy new. seller, if you’re reading this. you need to make this right and replace my item. there’s no reason a thumb should cause a screen to spiderweb and crack all over.
I had it for a few months then it just randomly broke and got stuck on the Apple logo
I relieved this iPad and it was all scratched up on the back and has a few scuff in the corner as if it was dropped a few times. My biggest concern is why isn’t it charging? I put it on the charger and an hour later noticed it was only at 15% so I turned it off to let it charge and 4.5 hours later I turned it back on and it was only at 52% I unplugged it and plugged it back in now it’s not wanting to charge at all…. Only used this iPad for 1 day. And already having problems with it.
I purchased this IPad for my husband’s birthday. It arrived sooner than expected which was great, however it would not turn on. I tried all different chargers. It would say it was charging but never come on. I contacted the seller via email AND via phone (left a voicemail) but never heard back. I just wanted them to make it right. I know things happen and I was willing to work with them for a solution. They CLEARLY don’t test their products before selling them. They just want to sell you garbage and take your money. I mailed it back a day after it came. I’ll be patiently awaiting my refund. Hopefully they will make right with that. We shall see.
