This earpiece provides great sound quality at a low price. Fingers crossed that it lasts longer than my last one because it was also a Plantronics (different model) and it worked great at the beginning but after 8 months, I could barely hear with it.
Be sure to read the instructions and you will have no problems
Pick it up at Walmart .com pick up inside store, open package in store walk to the customer service dept and return item for a full refund.
