It is small but functions great and is durable. Great for kids.

This phone is for people that use it for calling or just beginner, if you owned a smartphone, don't expect much, the memory is too low, after downloading 3 apps is out of memory, sometimes freezes because of memory. You get what you pay for. For me it is useless, I'll go back to my old phone.
I was using an old Huawei Fusion with a Net10 sim card and the old AT&T software was driving me crazy. This software is better in some respects i.e. better texting and swipe keyboard is awesome. But, it's slower than molasses press camera button and wait about 5 seconds for the phone to even acknowledge that I pushed a button. The battery on this dies really fast. I've tried to turn off every app possible, but it doesn't even last a day. It always reads low memory (well of course, they impose apps that you cannot delete i.e. docs to go that are memory hogs) The worst part is when I try to make calls it will often say call is lost and just go back to the home screen. That never happened once with the old phone and is very concerning.
the phone does not work and i need to return it and get a replacement phone. i think i deserve the next step up for free.

The package was ripped and the phone was broke turned on and that was it couldn't turn it off without taking battery out returned will never buy this type of phone again
The phone I purchased did not work and Net 10 customer service was worthless. I returned the phone but was not returned the shipping fee. Only about 3 dollars but it will keep me from ordering on line again. I switched to a Verizon phone because I was so unhappy!
I got a phone.. looked great! tried turning it on, instantly said that my keyboard wasn't working... So i called the company and they said they would send me a brand new one, I would NEVER recommend a refurbished phone like this to anyone... horrible.
I got the phone and it never even worked. Wouldnt activate or anything terrible phone.
