Although I did not activate this phone, it is a great android box that fits inside of your pocket. It has just about every feature that most of the bigger phones and tablets have, only cheaper and easier to carry. The Great: Wifi range is great, really sensitive and can go the distance. Bluetooth is 4.0 so the range is really good, and easy to pair devices and sounds great with speakers. Google Play store: full access, not no limited selection GPS: works with every app , like speed and compass, geo caching, etc. Internet Radio Apps: listen to stations from all over the world. **** Easy to root, may void warranty **** Root at your own risk **** The Good : Easy to use Android Kit Kat 4.4 Camera 3.2 MP Video Cam 800x480 ... better then a DVD resolution Microphone : Voice recorder built in Battery Life is 8 to 14+ hours playing TuneIN/Iheart radio Apps, your time may vary. Google Search with Voice Features not so good: No flash for Camera/Video No front camera for Video Chat, although Skype will work or similar video chat program. Screen size: a little small for surfing, but it does feature the Google Voice to ask questions. NOTE: Although I do not have this activated to any cellphone carrier, I have noticed that the signal strength is showing 2-3 bars indoors and outdoors too, most of the time, your results may vary. Verdict : Awesome deal for the price and what you can use this for... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! i bought this for a 93 year old in a nursing home. There will be a learning curve, but I am happy with the purchase as everything is easily visible and she'll have access to the nursing home's internet, etc. I am thrilled, and happy to walk Martha through learning the phone. I am encouraged that there is a decent battery life on this phone.
I have owned numerous phones, both contract and prepaid and this buy far is one of the best I've ever owned. You can use it with plans starting as little as $35.00 a month and as little as $32.03 with auto-pay. This has all the bells and whistles and you select the plan based on your personal needs. I was so glad to finally get rid of my Straight Talk that was $45+ a month. I actually am purchasing another Net10 LG Prepaid Optimus Fuel Android L34C Smartphone to replace my spouses Straight Talk. This will give us an annual savings of a minimum of $312.00 between the two phones and who doesn't like to save money. This phone is fast and comes standard with a 2GB SD Card already installed, once again another great feature. It has a great battery life and is preloaded with plenty of Apps.
I upgraded to his phone from a plain cell phone to get into the smart phone era. while this is not going to perform all the tricks the much more expensive I-type phones are capable of, it more than serves my purposes. I use this with NET-10, and am very happy with the phone and the service. Recommend this item to anyone wishing to have a "smart" but not necessarily "brilliant" phone.

This is the best phone you can get for this price. I liked it so much I purchased a second one as a back up incase my current phone is lost, stolen or broken. It runs very smoothly and I have had no problems with this phone after owning it for 4 months. It is small and is hard to type with if you have larger fingers. It was very hard to get used to coming from a physical qwerty keyboard phone. But being able to download all of the hottest, newest games was not enough to get me to go back to my old qwerty keyboard phone. If you are purchasing a smartphone for the first time, this would be a great starter phone. It is easy to use and learn.
I've got a good, high-speed smartphone with a big screen, so that's not what I was looking for here. What I needed was some inexpensive IP cameras to use for a low-end security application. And, $20 each was the Perfect Price!! You can buy these android phones by the boatload without a contract for $20 each. Use WIFI to download a free IP Camera app and you are in business. These things are perfect, 3MP camera, complete with power supply and battery backup. In fact, I've build some waterproof boxes by sandwiching the phone between a couple glass panes. (Just don't seal it with regular silicone caulk.) I used an off-the shelf solar panel with an automotive charger adapter to keep the battery up. Wonderful. Don't know anything about it's phone quality (data is turned off), sound or CPU speed, other than it works great for my application.
Phone worked fine. Battery life is short so buy spares. Sound quality is excellent! Fully functional Android. I have had the phone about 8 months now and it started having a mind of it's own and I have no idea why. Don't be afraid of buying this phone for $20.00 it's the best value around and for $30.00 you can get the same one that works on Straight Talk. These phones work on Verizon Network.
I purchased this just to get some insight on what a smart phone is capable of. I'm using it exclusively with wi-fi and am enjoying experimenting with all the features (stop watch, camera, video) to say nothing of the apps. Definitely worth the $10.00 sale price.
