Loved My Note

Would buy again. I love the size and the function. wish that the battery life was a little better but it is a large screen. I ended up losing mine while on my motorcycle and found it ran over a few time. Fantastic phone the S-pen is extremely fun and easy to use.

Big screen, super quality of LED display, fast reaction to touch on screen, and option for expanding your storage with adding or changing micro-SD card. I increased 16GB memory with my micro SD card. One thing I am worried about is battery consumption. Screen is pretty bigger than other usual smart phones, so it sap energy so much when my display is on. I would recommend you to manage the use of Galaxy note display wisely.

This is the best smartphone I've ever owned, and I've only had it for 2 days! The HD 5.3in screen is the best you'll find on any product available right now. A lot of people say that it's too big but I have average sized hands and I can still text with the Note in just one hand. Use this phone for a day and you will never go back to the iphone or any other smaller phones for that matter. The UI is very fast and responsive with no lag whatsoever. The S-pen will definitely be a huge draw for artists and other creative individuals. The 2500mah battery will easily last the entire day for heavy users. Buy this phone! p.s. The white Note looks awesome.

Being in the IT business, I found my self out growing my iPhone, so I decided to make the switch to Android. The Galaxy Note's screen alone was the reason I choose it, and I just love it. Bridges the gap between a tablet and a phone. Performance is very good but since I like my screen bright, the battery life suffers, I wished they had elected to use a larger battery. 4GLTE speed is fantastic, and I can now VPN to my clients servers and remote in really easily. Call quality is good, speaker phone is outstanding and the camera is top notch.

I upgraded from the Captivate. I will never look back. People always ask me "How can you use a phone that is so big?" I simply pull it out and show them just a couple of the unique features it has and they are almost instantly hooked. Either show them a movie, or instantly write a note with stylus pen or whatever, they see how easily I work the phone and that I have really small stubby fingers. Even though the phone is pretty big, it only takes moments a couple of minutes to be able to handle it with ease. Every once in a while the phone stutter steps, it's only for a second or two but then it goes on working perfectly. I love this phone. I just wish they (Samsung) would hurry up with the ice cream sandwich upgrade.

I had an EVO 4G from sprint and after switching to ATT and tried out this new awesome Galaxy Note, I was happy with my decision. I'd never had any phone like it. Everyone ask's me in the streets if my phone is a table or a phone and be impressed of the 5.3" huge size screen, which combine with the HD Super AMOLED™ SCREEN RESOLUTIONS makes the perfect mix! Netflix and games had never looked better on my phone. My friends with Iphones 4gs envy me because of my screen is much bigger and my speaker on the back much louder than theirs, HAHAHA! It takes two iPhones 4gs to match my screen. I just love it! I can't wait for the release of IceCream Sandwich! this phone will run much better and smoother than. It's like upgrading from vista to windows 7. Can't wait!

I purchased this phone and had it 2 weeks. Loved the phone hated the size(i'm a belt-clip guy). Switched to the Skyrocket for 1 week and loved it too but missed the 5.3" screen on the Note. So went back to the Note. All in all I don't think I will ever be able to go back to a phone with a smaller screen, its bright, crisp and perfect. The S-Pen is a great bonus and makes so many things easier.

The samsung note is the ideal device for me. I love the big screen because I can see it. I love the size as it replaced my laptop and phone. I am so pleased and so loving the Samsung note. It is my communications device hands down. If your not using one then your not happy!

Goodby iPad 2, hello to the one device that does everything I need

I have always been a fan of Samsung Phone and Music Products. I appreciate the tons of internal memory and the expandability of that memory. Seems many other manufacturers are taking that away. I was given an iPod 2 for Christmas last year. It was OK for WiFi work, but who needs another expensive data plan. My prior phone was an original Samsung Captivate and it was wonderful, but waring out and outdated and needed replacing. I did not really like having to keep the bulky iPad with me but for my needs, it was the only option: iPad and phone, iPad and phone... When it came time to replace my phone, I decided to research every high end Android OS phone with a slight hope of finding a phone/OS platform that might replace both my old Captivate and my iPod 2. I started months ago and was discouraged at first. Nothing fit the bill. Then one day, while checking my network's web site, there was the Samsung Captivate Note. I read everything I could find about the Note from many different sources. It looked like it might, maybe be the all in one device I wanted. Best of all, it's a Samsung. I prevaricated for some time because I just wasn't sure, and if I was going to still have to carry a phone and iPod for my needs, I would have bought the S3. However, I crossed my fingers and made the jump and bought the Note. Two weeks later, I gave my iPod 2 to my wife. The note exceded my expections. For my needs, (which are probably not like everybody's needs), It's perfect. Between external and internal memory, (32G) I'll never use it all, at least in the next 2 years and if Samsung keeps going down the Note path, I'm sure I'll get another version then. The S-pen is brilliant. You can only appreciate it when you've used one. I only have one complaint, which keeps me from giving a perfect 5 rating. It is batery, batery, batery. Today, there is no reason to burden such a masterpiece as the Note with a batery that is so whimpy. The alternatives are purchasing the more powerful batery, thus eliminating the elegant slimness of the device, or carrying a charger and cables everywhere, or a pocket full of the whimpy bateries for change out. When I am purchasing what is arguably the best product you have to offer in a phone/tablet crossover, I am baffled at the cheapness of, the low power, and short life of the batery. In my estimation the Samsung Captivate Note is almost, oh so close to being the perfect device at the perfect time for me. But why the batery????
