Purex Crystals in-wash fragrance booster is a wonderful additive for your laundry. It's called ScentSplash because it has a light splash of a scent, in which I had fresh spring waters scent. This is in liquid form in comparison to the crystal form that preceded. I have done a lot of laundry with this liquid and everything comes out smelling so fresh and has that “just washed” scent. The liquid is thicker than a traditional fabric softener and can also be used in combination with the fabric softener you already use. You can use a little or a lot and it can be used for both standard and high efficiency washers. You do have to put it right into the drum with the clothes. It is safe for all fabrics. It safe for any clothes whether it be towels, clothes. Some of the people in my household do have allergies, however, no one had any problems with this product. This is a great additive to any laundry.
Works wonderful. Smells good. Plan to buy more. Scents last a long time. Everyone loves the scent. I have allergies but this didn't upset them.
Smells great that lasts a long time. I received the product for FREE! Add it with laundry detergent and a splash is all you need for the smell to last. I was surprised how long the fragrance lasted. It lasted for at least 3 days. All in all its a great product to use.
This stuff smells great! I thought the bottle was a bit on the smaller side. It works wonderfully. You have to put in the whole cupful to really get the full effect. Although the smell states it is the same scent as the original Purex spring waters crystals, it does smell a bit different. It has the look and consistency of a fabric softener but IS NOT a fabric softener. This product is used in addition to and not in place of a softener. I added it into the wash directly as the directions stated. The scent is noticeable for a few days but isn't over powering. My family has sensitive skin and this product did not irritate us. I'd definitely recommend this product to people that love smelly-goodness!
purex crystals sent splash fresh spring waters is a little strong for me but the good thing is you can adjust how much you add to make it stronger or lighter i use a half lid and it was a little strong for a medium load so next time i will try using a quarter of a lid. but i like the smell it reminds me of smelling flowers in the spring time with a dash of lemon, i do not use dryer sheets because there is no way of adjusting the smell and most smell bad i even tried using half a sheet did not work,this product made my blanket soft and fluffy with out using dryer sheets. i love the shape of the bottle because it fits in your hand well and makes it easy to pour i love the no drip spout.the design on the bottles label is very attractive, it is colorful and very springy looking. there is one thing that i really do not like at all the instructions are printed in black on dark blue on part of the instructions. this makes it impossible for me to read. i think the bottle should go from a light blue to a lighter blue this way all words will be easier to read. so over all i really like this product and would recommend it to friends and family.
Now this stuff is a great aroma therapy treat for sure! Purex Crystals ScentSplash fresh spring waters in wash fragrance booster is one of the best I've used and I've pretty much tried them all. But this one is not in a powder or crystal form. Its a liquid. And you don't need to use very much of it. I am not one to put clothes in the dryer other than heavy things like jeans or sheets and towels. I usually put lighter wear things on hangers and let them air dry. After using this scent booster in my recent wash load all the clothes I hung up to air dry had this amazing scent on them for days! Made my entire bathroom smell fantastic too! Even the things I put in the dryer came out smelling so lovely too but not as much as the air dried clothes. I plan on buying this product again. I think it works better and lasts longer than the powdered kind. While the scent was vibrant and long lasting its not a cheap perfume type smell that is over bearing. Its a very pleasant scent that I really like. You just put it in with your laundry detergent at the start of your wash cycle.
I have used the Purex Crystals scent splash in most loads of wash for clothing, especially underwear, not pants or jeans for the last two weeks. It smells great out of the bottle and pours and dissolves easily. However, I cannot smell any of the odor on the clothes after they are dry. I wouldn't buy it again.
I just recently starting using these products in my household. I've tried a few other brands and I felt like this brand was not as "scenty" as the others. It has a nice smell, but the smell does not last as long as I thought it would. Also, I was expecting crystals and this product looked more like liquid laundry detergent. I usually only use these products when washing blankets, sheets, bed linens, etc. but it just didn't keep the nice scent as long as similar products. I do like how you can easily add this to any load of laundry and even though it does not have as strong smell, it still has a great scent. I would recommend this to someone who likes a little scent added.
I've loved using the Pyrex crystals so I was all about using this and jumped at the chance to get it. I add it at the beginning of the cycle just like I did the crystals. It smells so good! I wish I could explain it better but to me it's like sunshine and reminds me of how my clothes smelled growing up. It's been 2 weeks since I first used it and while the scent has faded a bit on the clothes it was used on I can still smell it. Even on my husbands coveralls! The only issues for me is splashing. I don't like that it splashes in my clothes sometimes and for that reason only I think I'll stick to the regular crystals and use this as my "diy frebreeze"
Purex Crystals Scentsplash Fresh Spring Water, 18oz I received the Purex Crystals Scentsplash Fresh Spring Water (18oz bottle) for free through the Spark Reviewer program. I am a big fan of Purex crystals in general and use them all the time with every load. The product was easy to measure and add to my wash at the beginning of the cycle. Overall, I have to say, I was not a fan of the liquid, In fact I use the same "Fresh Spring Water" scent in the crystal form and for some reason the scent was not the same, and it did not last as long (as with the crystals) or appeal to me or my family. My husband commented about our towels, asking "Why they don't our towels have the good smell they usually have"? I had to rewash the whole load using the Purex Crystals. I would consider buying the liquid form of this product.
