I have used this product several times since I purchased it. I really works. The scent stays in the fabrics for a while, but is not overwhelming. I always use fabric softeners as well as fabric sheets for the dryer, and this is an added boost of scent for my wash. Great product.
Oh this is the Best Laundry booster of scent. Just 2 flaws - is price is a bit high and package is hard to open (most women have nails, ouch). So love the scent and that I can control how little or much I want. I'd like to see more scents like Lemon-Lavender or Fresh Scent of Fields of Flowers. Great Laundry invention and maybe hopefully some dryer sheets will be made to boost it some more, hahaa. Consumer price is a big thing as I see there is another Company having same product less $2.00 but cause I like Downy and trust this Company is why I spent extra but sure would enjoy it being more priced to buy.
Have to admit that I thought I was ordering the Unstoppable pearls but this is a liquid fabric softener. I used it anyway and got the same wonderful scent as the pearls. Will use it anyway, but will order the pearls next, just my preference
As soon as I got my sample, I split it up into three parts so that I could use it more than once. I washed my king size comforter, and sheet set with the first part....then the girls have twin size comforters and sheets....washed both of theirs separate. It has been over a week since I washed my comforter and you can still smell the downy!!! I went and bought them as soon as I realized it was a long lasting scent!!! I will ALWAYS use this from now on! I LOVE IT!
This product does smell FRESH witout being overwhelming (like the scent of, hmmm... let's say Patchouli!) LOT more subtle. But what I like the most it that it doens't only softens but conditions clothes (and blankets, etc.) in a way not other softener does. VERY SOFT without that « is it really dry? » feeling. Wash and soak your winter itchy sweaters in it: you'll see what I mean.
Really good fabric conditioner, I use it on all the necessary clothes and they come out smelling great, and staying that way for 2 weeks. Works especially well with the Scent Booster beads.
I love love love this product. I needed something more than just fabric softener to keep items that I don't wash daily, like sheets, blankets, pillows, and curtains smelling fresher, longer. The commerical is hilarious and I've watched it several times. Makes me laugh and catches my attentioin every time. I've put it on my fb to entertain my family and friends. Keep 'em coming. :)
I love having great smelling clothes, but for some reason, the Unstopable Scented Beads didn't work in my washing machine. So I tried adding Unstopable Scent Booster and Fabric Conditioner to my wash and it worked! My clothes come out of my dryer smelling great and ever so soft to touch. Yes, I very much like this product.
I use this with its partner product the un-stopables crystals that you put in right away with your laundry (they are basically a scent boosting agent). The two of them in conjunction work extremely well. My clothes have been extra soft and newer looking ever since I've been using this product. I started using the scent boosting crystals on my sweat towel I use at work just to keep them smelling good through out my entire shift. Really I could use the same towel for a couple days using these products together. Downy is the only scent booster that I would recommend. I've tried the rest of the competitors and they all are just a cheap knock off that doesn't even come close to Downy's products.
Love the smell of this products and dont even have to use very many beads. However, noticed after using this product that my towels and bathroom rugs have bleach like stains present. I have not introduced any new product other than the downy unstopables to my laundry?? Very disappointed ..expensive and now I have to replace my nice towels and bathroom rugs.
