I LOVE the lavender scent crystals. My only issue is that I CAN'T get a larger bottle of them without having them shipped to me. Im on a fixed income and the shipping alone costs me more than the price of it. Reading is FUNDAMENTAL…it goes in the WASHING MACHINE. You also apparently missed the part about putting it in the DRUM. I personally, add water and let them dissolve with my detergent packs. NO STAINING AT ALL. I would LOVE to have laundry PACKS for my machine in this scent. I would appreciate some coupons if at all possible to help me cover costs for shipping. But either way, I'm still a loyal customer. Lavender is a very calming scent and I love that my clothes always keep me calm when I encounter certain people. Keeps my bail fund safe 🤣🤣
Dear genius that gave a 1-star review based on putting the product in the DRYER and blaming it on Purex: The product's NAME is in-WASH booster. WASH. As in the WASHing machine. If that isn't enough, there is a PICTURE on the bottle, showing you to put the product in the WASHER. To cry about the product ruining your dryer because you aren't smart enough to figure out that WASH means the big machine that WASHES, you really can't blame that on the manufacturer. Aside from idiotic reviews, though. I'm pretty impressed. I've tried a few other brands, and liked them, but I bought Purex for 80% LESS, and it does a fine job.
I put this in my towel loads because no matter how lung it takes the two of us to get to the bottom of the pile it's still like a fresh tropical breeze when I put a towel to my face or my whole body for that matter. This is a staple in my laundry room. Thank you Purex for a breath of Fresh Air several times a day.
I've used the crystals for over 2 years the fabulously fresh scent is my go too scent but I recently found the cherry blossom and ginger and whoa the smell is even better, I always use these crystals when I wash and I have noticed the smell lasting on the clothes for weeks and that's awesome I love this product I introduced it to alot of family members and friends even my husband became a fan. We are very happy with this product thank you.
I am telling you I love these things and it's not just for laundry I used it to freshen my carpet also as a room fresher and it works great sprinkle a little on wait a few minutes vacuum up and it freshen my whole apartment this is wonderful stuff.
I bought the blue purex crystals and when I went to pour some into the cap I noticed the crystals were hardened together. So I shook it up and there was a bunch of these in it. What is this?
I started using Purex Crystals, followed instructions for use, and the result- blue stain on my shirts and towels.
There are no directions on the bottle other than to add as much as you want and to add directly to the wash vs the softener dispenser. I did this and they did not disolve in the wash. I pulled out a handful of clothes and those little crystals Flew out everywhere. I'm running the load again in hopes they will disolve the second time around. The smell is wonderful and I really wanted them to work but not worth having to go through this. If they don't disolve I'm going to have to take the clothes outside and shake them off and hope they don't do damage to my dryer and my clothes if I miss any. I'm very disappointed.
I do not recommend purchasing these. I followed the instructions and put in washer drum , placed laundry in, and washed it. Young taking out my chair cover there were blue stains all over it. I rewashed it 3 times pretreating it with stain remover each time and there is still light blue stains. Very disappointed and I do not understand the need for coloring in this product that is meant to add fragrance.
I used on my sheets and gummy spots are on them after they come out of dryer, like the crystals don't dissolve
