I could not believe how light this watch was when I got it! Titanium is the way to go for me from now on. It looks very fancy and comes as off as if it's worth three times what I paid for it. Eco-Drive is an amazing feature to have as well, no worries about the battery dying or winding it up! Couldn't be happier!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Absolutely beautiful watch! Goes great with a gold ring! Wonderful mixture of modern and classic appeals, and tough as nails; I slammed it into a few metal objects at work by accident and not even one scratch out chip to the crystal face! I'm astonished
I bought this watch mainly for its simplicity and looks. I've owned it for almost 3 months now l wear it everyday doing manual labor and it looks like the day l bought it other than a few scuffs on the band. First time with having a sapphire crystal I didn't trust it not scratching so I bought a second one. One for every day and one for dress but I guess that the second one will make a good present for someone because one will be enough for work and play. So far so good. Some people complained about the date being too small but those people obviously need glasses. My watch has lost 10 seconds since I got it but that's ok because I need to adjust it on the months not having 31 days anyway. Great product.
I got this watch as a gift from my family for Christmas. I had asked for something sleek, simple, and elegant. That they found this timepiece is a miracle, as it is the definition of what I wanted. I like that is has a Sapphire crystal and it's titanium very strong and very light and has also a crown protector and a screw down back in 100 meters water resistant and I also that you don't have to change the battery and the biggest bonus is that it has a blue face the only complaint I have is that the blue looks more grayish blue on the face but overall good watch keep up the good work citizen
I went with a friend to purchase a watch battery. While I was in the shop i noticed that they were Citizen dealers. A salesman wasn't available so I actually spoke to the watch repair technician and he recommended this watch hands down. I was sold just looking at the classy design, but convinced after the repairman talked me through the amazing features. The titanium has held up and doesn't look scratched and beat up, even through ice worn it doing manual labor.
I have had this watch for about a month so I can't really say how it will hold up with the years going by, but I hope it lasts, as Citizen is a well known brand and seems to make good watches. I will say that I love the look and feel of the watch. Not too big, not too small. Very simple face, which I enjoy. Its thinner than my previous watch, due to the eco drive. I work 6 hour shifts in the dark (mariner) and I LOVE the fact that the face still glows fine in the dark after 6 hours. The watch has not lost or gained 1 minute since I put it on my wrist. I took it into a local jeweler to get the band resized and the woman that helped me said she bought the same watch for her husband, and would highly recommend it. Well, I would too. Its just an all around great watch. As I said before; there are no bells and whistles on this watch, and that is exactly what I want. I smile each time I look at it.
Have had this since 2016, it's now 2023 still works perfect, and looks amazing.
I purchased this watch because my original one couldn't be fixed. It had been an anniversary gift from my wife several years ago. I found out the model has been discontinued. I really like the new one. It's a simple straight forward watch that gives me the time and date, and looks nice which is all I need. The first was a chronograph style and had 4 buttons to access the various functions. I very seldom used them.
I bought this watch before Christmas and was very happy with the looks and feels of it. I soon discovered that it does not keep good time (running slow). I am out of the country right now and when I return I will try to get it fixed. I asked a man who fixes watches which brand to buy and he recommended Citizen.
