I bought this a few years ago and its still feels new!
good product for the money Not to hard to put together
I followed the directions and I wouldn't suggest doing that. There has to be a better way than the order they state. Putting it all together then putting it in the sleeve is extremely heavy. Not saying I know the answer but better have a few very strong people to put up. I made a bracket to put on the pole to have something to grab a hold of.
The system was not too hard to put together, once I received all the parts. I followed the direction and now that the system is installed it wobbles like crazy. Spalding is not willing to do anything about this. They say they do not know what the problem might be. A basketball goal should not wobble like this. I am very disappointed with this item. Might recommend if they would tell me how to fix the issue
Goal was difficult to assemble. Took more time than expected. Once assembly started, my husband realized there was crack in the backboard. This was a Christmas gift and it was 2 days before; therefore, we were basically stuck with it. However, once put together, the kids love it. We have not had any problems with it so far. Easy to adjust height of goal.
Glass was cracked out of the box. Too many parts to assemble. Didnt like the in ground set up, looks too weak. The instruction are so off. Cheaply made
The backboard was completely cracked when it arrived. There were no more in stock and the replacement will take more than a month before it ships. The customer service calls took a good part of the day. Maybe shopping on-line for this sort of an item is not the way to go.
When I received my hoop it was cracked and we have been on vacation and when we finally got around to putting it up, my husband was upset as it was cracked. I would not recommend online shopping with big items like this.
The backboard is cracked when the box was open.
