Shipped quickly. Shipped complete. Good instructions. I added some rebar to the concrete - rock solid, stable, and good looking. Very pleased. I believe this will last a very long time.

Hoop was good and service was good but the shipping company was terrible items were damaged and lost in shipment.
There is a rattle to the rim after being installed by a professional.
Had the system for years but within the last two years the crank has snapped twice when I was trying to move it down. The replacement parts are out of stock until August.
