Exactly as pictured and just what we needed for my husband's physical therapy after knee surgery. It fits in our limited space and works seamlessly.
My husband and I have tried to exercise, but busy lives just got in the way. So we thought we would try something that we could use during a time we were doing something else ~ ok, while we were watching TV! It has gotten us to do some form of exercise and that is what we were needing. Also, with our 'aches and pains' of getting older, it is super easy to set up and use. We trade off, and that is the only 'complaint' we have. I think we may have to get another one! It is perfect for those who have a hard time going to a gym, or finding a regular time slot to get out on the trail, or for anyone who has the pains of getting old but still needs to exercise. It is stable on the floor, does not move or jerk while pedaling, and is lightweight enough to lift for even the weakest of arm muscles. It is a good product.
I had a knee replacement and don't have a lot of room in my home and this was great and I got my excercise I need. I would recomend it to any one . can also be used in front of your easy chair . It is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!
I recently had 2 partial knee replacements and bought this product as part of my home rehab. Easy to move around. I used it while sitting in my chair, sitting from the side of the bed and actually in my bed. Kept my knees moving. Tension easily adjustable.
I had trouble with it scooting even on carpet so I put some inexpensive stick on rubber pads on all 4 legs and now it does not move. I really feel it work my lower stomach and hips. On a regular exercise bike it always hurt my knees. I don't need to lose weight in my knees so I would much rather feel the burn in my stomach. It does get hot around the pedals and to solve this problem just don't touch it. You don't go touching hot tailpipes on your car do you?
I love my Stamina InStride Cycle. I like to pedal on it while I watch TV. I also got one for my Grandpa who has a hard time getting up and working out. Now he can just pedal away!! Thanks for a great product Walmart!
A day doesn't go by that I don't use my Stamina. I'm almost addicted to it. Very easy to use for both legs and upper body. A good way to exercise while watching TV.
I originally bought this for my mom. She is 76 and can't get around. It looked so easy when I demonstrated it to her that I bought one for myself. Now I can watch a movie and not feel guilty since I'm exercising. It actually enhances the action in a movie when I'm running right along with the main character. I love this product!
I do like this little bike. I had no problems putting it together. The only thing I have problem with is it likes to move. I keep pulling it back.
I bought this little bike after reading the reviews online, and since most of them were decent I decided to go for it. It worked great for the first few days, but then it started squeaking really bad. WD-40 quieted the squeaking for about a day and then it was back, worse than ever. I actually stopped using it because it was so high-pitched it hurt my ears. The frame was warped so that might it slightly difficult to use, and the resistance handle started sticking so it was very tough to change. The metal area around the pedals gets VERY hot - I burned my foot pretty badly. Just wear shoes and wait awhile before you move it after using it to avoid burns. I enjoyed using the bike and it was great exercise, but it really seemed to be more than a pain than it's worth. I exchanged it for a different one today, and hopefully this one will work better, but we'll see - you get what you pay for.
