I ordered it ship to store. It arrived 2 days sooner than they said it would, which was awesome. It was extremely easy to put together and even came with the tools needed. It is exactly what I needed, wanted and expected. I've had it for 5 days now and have used it every day since I got it.
Excellent value - space saving - tension control hard to turn, and the differences between the settings could be better. The display should be larger and brighter for ease of reading. Overall, very happy with purchase.
I needed an exercise bike for a medical problem, I had a recumbent bike, but it hurt my tailbone to much to sit on it for extended periods of time. This is perfect, you can move it wherever you want, and cushion your chair as much as you need. It's also sturdy and doesn't move when you use it. I have recommended this to several friends.
I was impressed that the mini bike stayed in place while being used, as indicated in the description of the product. I have not had the opportunity to try the different tension settings yet but can say that I've been very pleased with the product.
I bought this to go under my desk, since I work 10 hrs a day, I really wanted something to use under the desk. It doesnt meet expectations for me because I can't use under my desk, because you end up hitting your knees on said desk.. Its a great product however, can use for feet and hands.. It is a heavier item so doesnt move much, unless you are REALLY pedaling.
It would be nice if the tension was a bit tighter. I had knee replacement surgery so I am trying to keep my knee bending while strength is also an issue. Overall it works great!
I bought mine to try to stay in shape while sitting for 8 hours at work each day. I would rate it higher if I wasn't having trouble making it work under my desk. My knees bang if I don't scoot out away from the desk, and then I cannot reach my keyboard. I will figure it out eventually and make it work! I am determined to get into shape with this!
I am having problems with tension !!! I cannot get a return phone call from Paradigm Health & Fitness . I have made several calls to their customer service # They tell me they are assisting another Customer . Leave my Name & # and they will contact me (1 866 924 1688) I have done this several times in the last 4 days
The problem we have with this mini bike is that the left foot pedal comes loose and moves sideways almost as soon as you start pushing. No matter how much we try to tighten it, it comes loose a few steps into the biking routine. Its a shame, we thought this would be a nice and inexpensive way to get some exercise while watching tv, etc. Its annoying for it to become loose and rock constantly. I guess this is a defect as the right side doesn't do it. we could have sent it back, but so much trouble doing that. I just live with the irritation of it.
i purchased this mini bike along with the 1000 high capacity bike. I intended to use the mini bike primarily for my arms. They advertized the mini bike to have 8 levels of resistance. There was hardly angy change in resistance from the lowest to the highest. I have returned the mini bike to Walmart.
