Can't go wrong with chocolate power bar performance.
After a hard workout it is the perfect "meal" to recover.....and delicious

My mother introduced me to this product back in 1990, when I was only five years into my career as a Group Exercise Instructor. She brought it to me at the health club I worked at just before I taught one of my classes. I've been eating the exact one ever since. She passed away in 2001, so every time I eat one, I think of her. The Powerbar Performance Energy Bar still gives me energy to work out and teach classes. Chocolate is still my favorite!!
I've been using power bars for close to 30 years. One an hour along with one bottle of water gives me all the energy I need cycling to keep up a 20 mph pace for hours. Perfectly balanced nutrition for me.
