This is a really nice mountain bike seat. My husband and I just got new bikes and the seat on his was small and very uncomfortable. This seat is just the perfect size for him, not too big like some gel seats out there. Easy to install too.
Much better then the orginal seat. Great for long ride on the road or trails.
I rode on this saddle for 180 miles in the KC MS ride 2009 without any problem. This is a very comfortable saddle at a great price. I would highly recommend.
Like others, I wasn't sure if the seat would be any good, but I figured at this price, and with Walmart's return policy, I couldn't lose. How marvelous to find that the seat (saddle actually) exceeds my expectations and is one of the best bike seats I've ever tried. And at a price that is truly affordable. I showed it to my buddy who, like myself, wasn't happy with the slick-looking and yet pain-inducing stock saddles our bikes were supplied with, and he was impressed and thankful for the tip. We both ride nice quality Trek bikes, but the Trek seats leave a bit to be desired, especially when spending an hour or more in the saddle. I only wish it was a bit lighter and American made.
This seat is so much better that the one that came on my Mongoose XR-75. Took a chance and it paid off on this seat.

been riding for two months, seat is very comfortable. Rode 15 miles the other day and no sore butt or other parts. I have a bad back and a full suspesion bike and combined with this seat it is extremely comfortable. I recommend this seat to any one looking for a replacement seat from the hard small seats that come with most bikes. I typically ride all my rides as flat out sprints, no just crusing riding and the seat is very comfortable, only time will tell how it holds up to wear, but I definetly will buy another!
Was disappointed to get this and discover the picture of the seat is deceiving. It is not a wide seat, but actually somewhat narrow. More like the Bike Planet ARS saddle. The covering seems adequately tough and the cushion is somewhat firmer than memory foam feels. Comfortable but took some getting used to because of the narrow dimension. Sore on sit bones but definitely not crotch.
I bought this saddle to replace the hard "Stock" seat that came with my Mongoose XR Dual Comp. I was actually surprised at how small it was when it arrived. It just looked alot bigger and softer in the picture. In reality, it was only slightly larger than the original Mongoose seat and maybe 25% softer. So, all in all it's still an improvement over the original but less than hoped.
Not much softer than the stock seat and a little hard on the prostate still, that was the whole point in getting this seat. Pinching the prostate nerve on a mountain bike seat is common and causes erectile dysfunction after prolonged use, the point of this seat is to prevent that, and it does... barely.
