I bought this online after my old device failed after 6 years. I cannot be more happy with the ease of setup and operation. I lived on a golf course and now on 1-acre and the system works great. Wal-Mart has the best price compared to the other "Pet Stores", saved $100!
There are times when it beeps closer to the transmitter box than other times, but only by a foot or 2. As soon as it beeps to warn my dog she backs up. But you can't expect the circle to be perfect. It's wireless signals and sometimes they are gonna shift a bit. It still does what it's supposed to do. While we were training our dog, it only took 2 shocks for her to figure it out, and now she's terrified to leave our yard, even with the collar off of her. We have to carry her out of our yard. Also- I have a house that is 114 years old with metal slats in the walls and that doesn't bother the system. Some other people said that it disrupted their signals, but not ours. Works for us! So easy and so awesome. So glad I own this.
Easy to set up and use. Took no time for our dog to learn the system. Only wish, is that the collar unit was a little smaller.
