He was hesitant at first but he loves elmo, and I was able to put it on him. He wears it just fine. He likes to pull me. I would tell anyone with a runaway toddler to get this. The fact of elmo being in front is so much better IMO than being on his back.
THE ELMO HARNESS PROVIDED THE DESIRED SAFETY FOR MY CHILD WITHOUT LOOKING LIKE A DOG LEASH. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
i like this, but feel that elmo's face should be facing my kiddo, as he is the one who loves elmo and wants to see elmo, not the rest of the world. it works great other than that. so i have turned it around but had to remove the strap/clip and reattach at a different location so that my little guy can see his little friend elmo, instead of the world seeing elmo!!! he and i both love it now!!
My son loves to "wear" elmo and I love the security of knowing he can have more autonomy but be close by when we are out shopping. Great for active toddler.
This is a good harness to help keep your child in your sight instead of yelling at him to "get over here". Would recommend if you have a high engery child that goes all over the place.
My son is in love with Elmo and this has helped so much when we are out.
I guess what I wanted to try out about this harness was that the stuffed toy was in the front as opposed to the backpack type. It took my daughter a bit getting use to a stuffed elmo in her chest but I think it works out better than her trying to tug on something that is on her back to play w/it. The elmo also has a little pocket w/zipper on it so my daughter like to put stuff in it and likes it as a stuffed toy on its own. I think its a great price too.
This little safety harness is cute - our 1 yr old grandson likes it but so far isn't that keen on having it on him. We'll keep trying but still like the idea of having him "under control" in a crowded situation.
Elmo is a favorite character for my son. He really only fusses when slipping the harness over his head and thru his arm. Once it is on and velcroed, he forgets about being harnessed. I would reccomend this for a friend.
My son loves this Elmo harness! He runs over when I get it out and he is ready to put it on. He knows that he will get some freedom to run around. Be careful that DAD knows how to put it on! My husband thought that Elmo went in the back and although it worked, my son was kind of annoyed that Dad didn't know how it worked! Good value for the money!
