WE BOUGHT THIS CRIB FOR OUR DAUGHTER AND LOVE IT!! IT'S AS BEAUTIFUL AS MOST EXPENSIVE CRIBS I'VE SEEN ON-LINE BUT AT HALF THE PRICE! THE CONSTRUCTION IS STURDY AND IT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE PURCHASING A CRIB.
It was just as expected. Walmart ironed out the shipping kinks since it wad not available locally in store, and offered a more reasonable alternative! The bed is just what the baby needed and doctor ordered! Came in box well packed and perfect. Instructions easy to read! My five year old son helped his father and they did a great job. The bed is perfect and should be able to purchased at any store, well worth the money!
I would definitely recommend this product to my friends. This crib was easy to assemble and is even more beautiful than in the picture. All of the pieces were there and none of it was damaged. I made an excellent choice.
We received this crib as a gift off of our baby registry and we couldn't be more pleased! It is almost all solid wood, so it is very sturdy and heavy. The instructions were mostly pictures, which can kind of complicate things, but my husband and I put this crib together in about an hour and had no problems. The only thing we had a problem with was getting our mobile to fit on the crib because the top rails are so wide. I wouldn't trade the look of the wide crib top, however, for the mobile! Overall we are extremely pleased with the value and quality of this crib, and we are looking forward to being able to use it with our son once he's born. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an excellent crib without paying a small fortune for one!
When anyone sees this crib in my nursery, they always comment on how nice and well made it looks. It's even better in person then online! The cherry wood color is beautiful and we only noticed one small scratch in it from shipping. Assembly took an hour or so, but otherwise no problems.
All part were included. It was very easy to assemble. The crib took roughly one hour to finish. It turned out to look like one of the more expensive cribs we looked at. Instruction were easy to follow and find. Extreme amount of detail in them. They were located on the bottom of the crib and in the nuts and bolts bag. We are extremely pleased with this product.
This is a beautiful piece of furniture. However, it only holds 50 pounds, so I won't be using it for seating (when it isn't being used as a bed), as I had planned. Also, the "cams" were missing, so I will not be able to finish putting it together until the manufacturer sends me the missing parts.
We found this crib and loved it. I bought and put it together by myself. Over all I like the crib but there were several places damaged that had been touched up before I bought it. I had a cherry marker from some other furniture so I used it and it looks fine now. Once you put the thing together you don't want to take it apart! Baby is not here yet but I'm sure it will work fine. It is very sturdy and BTW Simplicity has a dresser/changer that matches this perfectly. It is called the Charleston Combo Changer. Walmart # 002643898. Look under dressers in the baby furniture section. Kind of weird they are different brands but they look the same!
My husband and I were at walmart last night and saw this crib. It was on sale for only $100 and I was so excited because this was one of the cribs I had my eye on. The original price was around $200ish and then it went down to $175 and then to only $100. We bought it, brought it home and put it together. The crib looks beautiful in my daughter's nursery. I haven't used it yet because the baby won't be born til Feb, but I know it will be good. The only problem we had with this was the instructions. My husband had a hard time getting things started, but we ended up getting it together. It took us about 2 1/2 hours or so to finish, but it's okay since the crib looks beautiful and it was worth it. I would definitely reccomend this product :)
This crib was more than I could have asked for. It looks like an expensive piece and is really the center focal point of my baby's room. The rails are much thicker than a normal crib so finding a mobile or teether rails to fit will be a challenge but the bed was easy to put together and just looks fantastic. I would highly reccomend this crib to anyone looking for a convertible crib. I had my heart set on another until I stumbled upon this one and I'm so glad I did. For only $20 more I got a better looking and more elegant piece of furniture that will grow with my baby.
