I love this crib great for the price. I put it together at 8 months pregnant had no problem. Great product!!!
The product is expected and for a good price. The setup instructions are quite bad as mentioned earlier by someone. I had set it up alone with no major issues other than trying to understand the setup myself rather than following the instructions completely.
The crib is beautiful! It was easy to assemble, all the parts were there and in perfect condition. I wish the drawer was actually attached, but other than that the crib is exactly as I imagined it would be. My grandson isn't old enough to sleep in it yet (he's only a week old) but it looks gorgeous in his room and matches the color scheme perfectly. I would recommend this crib for the price and for the product. We shipped to store to avoid shipping costs and it arrived on schedule. If you're looking for a bed that converts from infant to teenager, this is the best for the money. We wanted a product that included the sliding rail for the crib, the toddler rail for the toddler bed, and the headboard for the full bed without having to purchase other parts to convert it. This bed has it all! And it's easy to convert as well...all in all, this product was amazing!!
This is a beautiful crib! I bought it for my son's new baby girl and am very happy with it. It's beautiful and seems very sturdy. He said the directions were not quite complete, as they left out a step in the assembly process, but he figured it out after a while and got it assembled. I had read reviews that the directions for assembly were inadequate, but he is good at this kind of stuff and said they liked the look of this product and would deal with the assembly problems, and they did. We are all quite happy with the product.
This crib is an excellent value for the money. The wood has a beautiful cherry finish and it is a good solid crib when assembled. My daughter had it on her baby shower registry, so she's the one that actually picked it out, but I assembled it for her. It was easy to assemble and I think it's awsome that the assembly/conversion instructions are glued onto the mattress board so my daughter won't have to search for the instructions when it comes time to convert the crib as my grandson gets older. One of the casters that came with it was damaged, but the manufacturer was quick to mail a new set of casters with no cost to us. The buyer does need to make sure that they understand that no mattresses come with this crib, and for the conversion to a regular bed, it only serves as a headboard (the frame and mattress must be purchased separately). I do wish that this item was available for in-store purchase so we could have saved the $70 shipping cost, but even with paying for shipping it is a good value for the money.
This crib is awsome..i love the deep color... it is kinda of a time comsuming task..specially if you do it by yourself..and take time to make sure its put together perfectly.. the hardest part i found was trying to figure out how the drop rail went down..You have to pull up and push the bottom part of the rail in a bit to get it to drop.. But this is a gorgeous crib and i love the fact that it changes at the child gets older.. difinitely would recoment this product the drawer is very nice for extra stuff..
Overall I love it! Beautiful! My experience has no complaints. See photo of our baby girls crib in the nursery. Here are my thoughts. PROS: 1. Arrived quickly to the store with no damage or scratches. Yeah! 2. Wasn't difficult to assemble. Husband said he had no problems. Everything fit together where it was supposed to. 3. The instructions are attached to the base board so they dont get lost when converting to a full bed. 4. The color is rich and beautiful! 5. The one hand drop side rail is smooth when lowering and raising it. 6. There's a drawer for storing items below 7. Lets face it. You can't beat the price! My friend just spent $399 and it looks just like hers. 8. Walmart also sells all the matching furnature to go with it (glider, dresser, changing table etc.) 9. THe front rail has a teething guard 10. Feels sturdy and secure. CONS: 1. You also have to apply slight presssure at the bottom of the front rail with your leg on the "one hand side rail" to allow it to release and move up or down. 2. Your baby mobile may not fit (good thing I can be creative cause we worked it out) 3. A few steps may need a second person's help to hold it (my 5 year old helped my husband) 4. You may or may not appreciate the instructions fixed on the crib base. Now quit reading and go buy it! LOL!!!
I had the crib shipped to my home. It was speedy and not too expensive. Some pieces were damaged. Luckily those pieces are against the wall. The color is beautiful. Also, the instructions didn't show the same hardware that we had in our hand. It takes two people to put the crib together and it only took us an hour or so. All in all, it's beautiful and spacious. I like the fact that it converts to a toddler bed with the included rail. I love the drawer. It's not as flimsy as I have read.
We just received this crib for our first child to be born in less than a month. The crib was very easy to put together. I was concerned initially because each piece seemed so light; however, once finished, the crib is sturdy and well made. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars was that although having the directions attached to the mattress base, we had to pick up the base every time that we needed to read what the next steps were. I would recommend this crib and to have to shipped to your Wal-Mart store. The crib was packaged in three boxes and there was no damage at all to the crib. We are very pleased.
Just the only thing I disagree with is its cheaply made! It's worth it but hoped it wasnt cheaply made.
