This crib is well-made, stylish, compact for smaller areas and can be connverted into a youth bed/twin bed for long term use. The mattress can be adjusted to 4 different levels which makes it convienient for lifting the baby in and out. I would highly recommend this product.
This Mini crib is so beautiful. Since I wanted the crib in my room and my room has furniture set with a queen size bed I knew I wanted a mini crib. I did a lot of research on them, age/weight limits, features, styles, bedding. And it great. It has a front and foot board which is perfect for transitioning it to a twin size bed, though you have to purchase the a twin mattress along with the side bars and the side railings. My daughter is 7 weeks and she loves it, Also the color is beautiful tooo and matches whit my cherry wood furniture though it isnt cherry wood.
I have twin boys and there isn't enough room for 2 full size cribs in their room so this crib is the perfect solution. It's very sturdy for WILD boys who like to shake the front pannel. It's a beautiful color and design. The directions are kinda confusing. I had to take apart and re-put together some parts because I used the wrong screw but overall it took about 45 min/crib to get together. The mattress that comes with the crib is very cheap so I also bought the babymod 5in 50 coil mattress.
This crib exceeded my expectations!! The color is beautiful!! It looks better in person - it's a little darker! Fits anywhere!! My husband put it together in about 45 minutes (he was taking his time)! It looks like we paid way more than the price we paid; it looks expensive! We bought the 50-coil 5" mattress for it and let me warn everyone, I had a hard time looking for bedding for this size mattress. So when you look for bedding for this crib and that size mattress (5" thick), look for Koala Baby Portable Crib bedding that seems to be the only thing that fits.
We have a small beach apartment and we need space. I looked forever until I found this mini crib, we bought and I haven't looked back. My daughter is not 18 months and still uses it! We are now in the market for a toddler bed since she's climbing out of it now. I fully recommend this crib!
I wanted a mini crib to fit in our room, until we buy our new house. This crib is great! It is smaller than a regular crib, yet larger than a cradle and will therefore last much longer. The crib was easy to assemble. It looks "expensive" and high quality. It was a great deal for the money spent. The mattress as we expected was a flimsy pad so do buy a regular mini crib mattress. Sheets are harder to find, but I did find some online as well as a bumper and skirt. Would buy it again. Probably would not last until age 2, I am guessing 18 mo.
nice portable crib! the color is beautiful. i have other espresso colored furniture, and this crib is not as dark as my other pieces, but it all ties in very nicely. the only thing that i do not like about the crib, is that you can see the screws, where ever you used a screw you can easily see it! the crib should have came with some screw covers, it would have put the last classy touch to a beautiful crib.
My son and daughter-in-law are now past due 4 days with my 2nd grand daughter. They live in a two story house with the child's room down stairs. So i talked them into putting this mini crib up stairs. It was so pretty, we just love it. It looks like her full size crib which cost a lot more. It is very sturdy! I bought a 2 " mattress that seems to work better that the thin one that came with it. We can't wait to meet our new grand daughter.
I can recommend this crib without reservation. It is gorgeous and very sturdy, the color and quality are beautiful. I did run into one small issue; when I tried to add a bumper pad I realized that the bumper ties ended up right in the middle of the wide wood panels on the front and back of the crib, and of course could not be tied around them, so I had to add extra ties and move some existing ones in order to use the bumper. You could safely use this crib without any bumper pad, the rails are only 2 inches apart and the wood is satin smooth so no worries about babies getting caught. However, if you do want to use a bumper for extra padding or just for looks be aware you may have to alter it to fit this particular style crib.
We did the site to store (def recommend, save yourself the shipping cost), it arrived at earliest time listed (they give a week to ten days for ETA). Pickup was easy. Assembly was easy. Color is beautiful. The only downside is you have to be super careful when manuvering this crib around. If the wood touches anything (wall, dresser, or kids running toys into legs) it will knick and scratch and its VERY noticeable. Luckily I have wood pens that are similar in color to crib finish and can blend but was very sad to see 3 knicks appear just in assembly process. We bought 50 coil mattress to use as the flimsy pad that comes with it is not going to hold up over time. Its true what other buyers say about bedding being hard to find so keep that in mind. Appearance of product is good but overall quality is so-so.
