needs additional mattress, we bought the 3 inch to add to the thin one that comes with it. Otherwise we are very happy with the bed
Mini crib seemed a little pricey but is worth the money in my opinion. It is very cute and my husband put it together in about 15 minutes. My daughter was just too big for her bassinet and I wasn't ready for her to move to her crib in her own room...this was the happy medium. It just fits between my wall and bed but gives her plenty of space. The only downside is finding bedding to fit it. The ONE set that they offer here is for a boy (IMO) so I had to go elsewhere and paid kind of a lot for mini crib bedding. All in all, it's super cute, really easy to assemble and seems like a great product for the few weeks I have had it.
I am very satisfied with this crib. Living in a small house, we needed something small that could be moved easily if necessary, but that was still safe and well-made. This crib is all of those things. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth in purchasing this crib, so for someone on a tight budget, I would highly recommend it. It goes without saying that more money could buy a better product. I bought this crib after buying a Badger Basket oval elite bassinet that was HORRIBLE in numerous ways. For approximately the same price, this is much better, and I feel safe using it. I have not used it as a cradle with the rockers, but it does quite well on the casters and seems sturdy enough for a little one, although I may switch to a bigger crib as the baby becomes more mobile. Well-made and easy to assemble, I am still looking for the right mattress, but all in all, this is a great product and I would recommend it.
We're really picky parents, and we love it! We have a Bonavita 4-1 crib, but purchased this as a second crib for our bedroom until she is older and she can be moved into her own room and her larger more permanent crib, then this goes to Grandma's place for daycare. I thought the idea of a rocking crib was very cute- so far this seems very sturdy, the whole thing rocks, but when the wheels are on, it does not. There is no risk of her fingers/toes getting caught in any moving parts. It's like a large bassinet, but the mattress can be moved lower as she grows. I've gotten great complements on it so far! I also got the Kolcraft 2.5 inch mattress and added it on top of this 1 inch mattress, the mattress that it comes with is not adequate.
