as a full time mother, i was very, very, VERY picky with cribs. the whole time i've looked in stores and online, i've only found one other crib i've loved and that has been sold out for months so basically i thought i lost all hope. i didn't want to buy a crib and waste my money on something i didn't want. one day i walked in wal-mart and saw this crib and thought it was such at a great price for the kind of look i was going for. it's sturdy, easy to assemble, love the unattached drawer at the bottom, and i had no problems with it whatsoever. the only thing was was that i wish it was more of a cherry color. it's more of a brown-ish wal nut type but it's okay. i still love it. an absolute beautiful crib =)
First, we want to set you straight. The color match is not an issue, at all. We purchased both the crib and the matching changing table/nursery organizer. We're picky parents to be and can live with the slight, again slight color variations that are natural with any piece of wood furniture. We were fortunate enough to be able to find both crib and changer at a local store. Assembly is simple enough, but plan a couple hours. Break out the video camera and document for an entertaining afternoon. If you've put together ready to assemble pieces before, you're set. All hardware arrived intact, mind you there is actually exposed hardware. None of the pictures here on the web, nor on the box in person will confirm this but again, isn't a deal breaker for most. The under crib trundle isn't the highest quality, but its some extra storage space included in the cost of the crib. The crib itself is sturdy and well constructed. Keep in mind this does not have the drop down front, so choose accordingly. Overall, we're very happy that we could buy both the crib and the changer for the less than the prices of the Babies R Us stores. This is for our first, but hopefully will be handed down through the last.
It took my husband and i two months of searching stores and wedsites, until we came upon walmart.com I say this crib it was love at first sight. We read through the reviews and thats when i knew i gotta have it. I was five months pregnant at the time and was really tired that day so i went to sleep the next day i got up and was ready to purchase my doughter's crib only to realize it was out of stock i was devastated, i couldn't sleep i just kept thinking about the crib i checked other websites. It was no where. So I bought the Strewberry shortcake bedding, yh the beddin b4 the crib, playgym car seat set and a bunch of other stuff and for another 2 and a half months i checked walmart.com every single day until one day i got up and they had it i bought it rite away i got it 3 wks before my doughter was born it took my husband and i 30mins to setup its not cherry but BEautyFULL i love it, baby lovez it, everybody lovez it.....
This is my first time buying a crib, so I didn't really know what I was getting. Did a little research, and read the reviews on this product, and decided to buy. Bought in-store, and the box was banged up, but fortunately it was in 100% condition. Instructions are SIMPLE! Was easy to put together. Tools are provided, and there NO COMPLICATED PARTS AT ALL! Even the drawer was easy to put together. As someone else mentioned, the rails for when you convert the crib to a toddler bed are included (Extra PLUS!). The wood is pretty sturdy. If you knock on it, you can tell it is kind of hollow (not solid wood), but as far as it being weak, it is not. For $200 bucks... Can't beat it!! And the crib is HUGE by the way. I was shocked how big a baby crib can be. I'm so glad I purchased this crib. Hope our son likes it as well.
I LOVE this crib. My parents bought it for us as a baby gift. It is very beautiful. We did have a hard time putting it together, the side peices could be labeled more clearly. And I was also disapointed that it did not have a drop-down side. Despite those, I am so happy we got this crib. It is elegant and will be nice for our little boy.
This is a very nice crib, my wife just love's it. The directions on how to put it together are very hard to understand. Plan on putting this together on a day off from work. It will take a good few hours to get it together and take it apart and put it back together. None of the parts are labeled, but all parts are labeled in the instructions. That makes it hard to deal with due to a very small difference in some parts. Once it's together it is a very beautiful crib that will last a very long time. To may surprise it is actual wood, not some pressed board junk. And being a 4in1 it will be around for many years. With no need to keep buying beds as your child grows.
I LOVE THIS CRIB. I was looking for a cherry crib with this type of shape and all the ones i found were way more than what i wanted to spend. I saw this one and went to look for it in the store... they had one so i got it it took me and my hubby less than an hour to put together. All the parts were there and the transition parts are also. The finish is beautiful although it isnt exactly what i expected with a cherry finish i still love it... its a little more brown than what i was expecting but its perfect. The only thing i dont like is there is no top stop on the rail to keep the front rail from coming off when you lift it to lower it... but that isnt a big deal to me anyways.
What a wonderful value! I purchased this crib after browsing online for a 4 in 1 convertible crib with all these features at a reasonable price. I purchased a more expensive version at the 'R Us store for my first child and was disappointed that it didn't come with all the convertible attachments. This one has the toddler bed safety rails that I was looking for INCLUDED and I can even use the headboard when he outgrows the crib. As an added bonus it even comes with a trundle drawer plus a 5 year warranty. It also has a beautiful rich finish and is quite sturdy (it doesn't look or feel cheap). The only thing I 'd advise people on when shopping around is that cribs like this one with wide legs will mean most bumper pad ties will not be long enough and a lot of musical mobiles will only go on the front rail. These were non-issues for me. I also never used the drop rail on my portable cribs so I wasnt concerned that this one doesn't have one. All around great buy for the price!

I love this crib. My mom bought me a crib with a changing table attached before this one, but it was horrible. I was very dissapointed so we brought it back. Then we went back to WalMart and found this crib. It was the last one left. My fiance just put it together and it is beautiful. It contains a few scratches, but overall pretty. I'm 31 weeks and can't wait to use it. Also all the tools and bolts were labeled so it was very easy to assemble.
