This dresser is beautiful. It looks wonderful in my daughter's bedroom, I can't believe it didn't cost more money!
I purchased this for my son's nursery. It arrived in only a few days and all the pieces were intact. The quality of the wood was good, no major blemishes. It was very hard to put together and my husband had to drill new holes because a lot of the pre-drilled ones were uneven. The drawers bowed a little, making them not as smooth when you roll them out. After a few hours of drilling and attempting to understand the unclear instructions, we are happy with the way the combo looks...so it is worth it. Its a beautiful piece of furniture for not a lot of money.
We purchased this piece and the Christon armoire for our nursery. This piece looks good. You don't know it's made of particle board until you touch it, and it appears to be relatively sturdy. The drawers are good sized, and function much better than those on the armoire. We plan to use this piece as a changing table as well, as there is plenty of room for a changing pad and a cute square basket of supplies on top. Not a bad value for what you pay.
We like the dresser except that there are scratches, chipped paint, and it has a ver poor paint job. There are marks all over the dresser which makes it look old/used.
As for price this product is acceptable. It took us about 3 weeks to get it Site to Store. It is extremely difficult and tedious to put together. Once its together the drawers did not fit properly and you have to basically shove them to get them in. There is a defect on the door and the hinge its self is difficult to align. This dresser is about a hundred dollars cheaper than any others I have seen so it is dependant on if you want cheap or sturdy, you wont get both with this dresser.
My husband and i were very disappointed in this product. it came to us beat up and broken. We got another piece and when we put it together it was very cheap looking and was of very poor quality. i do not recommend! We spent just a little extra and got teh baby mod set and it is way nicer looking AND better quality!
