I searched EVERYWHERE for a nice, affordable chair for my unborn baby's nursery before deciding to order this one. We decided to have it professionaly upholstered, and it turned out beautiful. We have received so many compliments from friends and family. It's also very comfortable and doesn't have a problem rocking on a carpeted floor. We recently ordered the matching ottoman (it wasn't available when I ordered the chair), and can't wait to use the pair together. Excellent value for the money, and with free site to store shipping, you can't go wrong!! I highly recommend this chair, and can't wait to rock my baby in it.
This product is good, especially considering the price. The only complaint I'd have is the angle you have to sit. I think the quick fix for this would be an ottoman. If you don't have an ottoman, then you need a pillow for lower back support. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
The chair is just like the reviews say: -overall, a good value -doesn't rock much (at least on my short-fiber carpet) (but that doesn't bother me) -the arms are relatively wide apart and completely padded, which makes it easier to nurse a baby in -the slipcover that you order separately barely fits if you wash it even in cold water and don't put it in the dryer (I ordered the pink chenille and it ended up ripping when I put it on)
