The chair and ottoman are comfortable, and assembly took less than 10 minutes. The chair has 2 side pockets great for remote, bottles, whatever you need to keep handy. Cushions and padding snap or tie on and are easily removable for laundering. Only slight disappointment is coloring is quite peachy, not a true pink. however, still very feminine and well worth the cost.
The glider is a great value, we had to purchase it because the one we purchased at Target was junk! The price was right and yes it is not a bright cool pink but a warmer pink, like a dusty rose. I have sat in it for 2 hours and it wasn't awful not my bed but hey who sleeps now?
This is the best glider and ottoman that I've found for the price and comfort! The cushions are very comfortable and the chair has side pockets to keep notes and pens (helpful for keeping record of times of feedings). The price of the chair is great and I love how it matches the rest of my white furniture!
This is a great gift! I wanted to give something a little special to my son and his wife for the upcoming birth of their child. I was looking at the website and came across the glider, and not only was the picture eyecatching but the price was within reason. My daughter-in-law says its like heaven coming home and sitting in the chair. She told me that her sisters and mother are already talking about buying a chair for themselves. Plus using the store to site program was easy and great. I live in Utah and they live in Texas.
This was very easy to assemble & appears to be good quality for the price. My dissapointment is with the color because it is clearly peach & not pink so it does not match my pink nursery. Even though I thought the picture looked a little peach, Walmart stated it was pink so I do feel that the add is misleading as far as the color is concerened.
This product arrived in excellent shape and the color is true to the picture. I bought it for my daughter and first grand baby who live in Texas ( I'm in Michigan)and she LOVES sitting in this rocker. She likes the dimensions and comfort and color and it's now the most comfortable chair for her to sit in and nurse the wee one. Only time will tell how well it holds up but so far it's definately worth the money and everyone is satisfied - especially the baby.
We bought this glider when I was 7 months pregnant with my first son in 2003. I used it probably every day(and night) until he was probably 15 months. I did the same with my second son when we moved it to his room. I am now using it with my daughter and it glides just as great as the day we got it. The only thing is that a screw came loose on the stool, but after 4 years I can't complain. We definately got our money out of this product.
The glider required minor assembly but was very easy to do myself being 8 months pregnant. The pink gingham pattern is really cute, it glides smoothly and it seems very sturdy. I just unpackaged it so I can't attest to it's durabilty. There were 2 minor scratches in the white paint upon arrival. Overall I'd say it's a good value for the price and would reccommend it to those on a tight budget.
The glider and ottoman was a very nice gift. Very easy to assemble. The only problem was that it was damaged when I received it. It was ordered site to store...maybe some shipping and handling problems. I repaired it myself with some hot glue. Now it works fine.
The padding and the fabric color give away that the economical price of the chair... Spend a little more money and get nice fabric... and some padding that doesn't leave a dent the 1st time you sit in it... I'm only 115 pounds, by the way.... Would not buy again....
