I bought this cream due to the cost, even though i had my reservations. This cream goes on smooth on my baby's buns. Yes, it may be creamy, but it is easy to be removed. My baby is always dry and no skin problems, plus I change her often.
My baby was so sensitive skinned in the beginning but this was the one rash cream that didn't cost an arm and a leg and worked without causing any pain. I have been using it since day one. I also buy the store brand a and d ointment. In response to the previous review, I have had no issue with applying it, or it's consistency, and it hasn't caused any issues as far as pain or discomfort to my little one. Every baby is different. You just need to find what works and stick with it. I for one am thrilled that I can get something that works this great for such a steal. My only complaint is it doesn't come in a big jar like the Desitin, just in the tube. But I can live.
