We dediced to purchase this highchair after comparing it to a number of more 'modern'-looking wood highchairs. It was very important to me that the chair be made of wood, including the tray--I'm not a big fan of plastic and they just look cheap. Some of the other highchairs plastic trays that attached to the wood frame. I also wanted to make sure that the cushion could be easily removed for washing, but that it stayed in place when in use. Again, this was the only chair that this was true. I love the fact that the clear plastic tray (that fits over the wood tray) is removable and the color was not as reddish as I feared. The chair assembled easily, and it's great that there are two trays with this chair--the traditional tray, as well as a smaller tray. My daughter loves sitting in it, so it must be comfortable. When comparing the price of this chair to other wood highchairs, this is by far the lowest. Unlike the other highchairs, the wood tray and the seat cushion were included in the price. I would highly recommend this highchair to any parent looking to purchase one for their child.
i got this for my son (11 month when i go it) 13 month right now the "lid" in the eating section is really good he can make a mess and is easy to clean also he learned to eat by himself i just put the food in there and he can pick it up and learn how to grab it., ensamble it is not that hard as i read i think you just need to read the instruccions and pay atention in what you are doing it just toke me like 30 or 45 min whit no rush... i love it because is easy to sit my son and he just pull the eating section ( he knows when is time to eat lol) and the color is nice it doesnt look cheep in my table
This high chair is gorgeous. I want to buy a kitchen table to match it. I love its style. Easy to assemble and very sturdy.
I ordered this high chair to replace one that was destroyed in a fire so I was already familiar with it. I didn't even consider purchasing a different one because both of my grandbabies used the first one and I really liked it. It is a piece of furniture. I don't appreciate plastic, and this is wood with the exception of the plastic tray cover. The wood is a bit soft; my previous chair has a few dents around the lower legs. Those did not stop me from purchasing it again, however.
I love this chair. It is a great size for a small space. My only complaint is that the plastic cover can be easily taken off by my one year old. I would buy it again.
I really like this highchair. Though a little pricey for a highchair, I like that it will grow with my child. He is only 10 months now and just starting to eat solids after being breastfed. While he doesn't eat as much as I'd like (I had hoped having a highchair would help with that), he likes sitting in it and playing while occasionally eating and watching us eat. I originally registered for the oak color but I guess it is no longer available...I actually like this color better. The chair is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and matches our dining room decor and other furniture. Great chair but don't expect your child to eat more just because it's a good chair. :) Looking forward to seeing him grow in it.
This chair is gorgeous, I hate cheap looking plastic chairs, and this one looks so nice I won't mind having it in our kitchen for a couple years. The only problems is the pads are pretty much white, and white pads and sweet potatoes just do not mix well
