This product works very well at removing facial hair. I have not tried it on any other areas. I have had it for over a year and I like the results. For me personally though the hair only stays gone for 1-2 weeks. It may last longer if your hair grows slower. The only negative is that it is very painful, especially at first when you are still learning how to use it. It gets a little less painful as you get used to it but it still hurts quite a bit. It works very well despite the pain and I have tried many other products for removing facial hair. I would say this is a good buy if you can't afford electrolysis or laser hair removal. My main tip is to hold the skin very taut to help with pain and easier removal of hairs. Good Luck!
This product works well and I would recomend it to others but the problem is that the charger stops working after apx3-6 months. I think there is a problem with the charging unit that needs to be fixed, but because I need it I am buying another.
Item is very noisy,it is either defective or a poorly manufactured product !!!
