I play softball doubleheaders three nights a week and then tournaments on weekends. These bars are what I have between games to keep at peak performance. At 58, I am still hitting it over the fences!
I tried these bars when they first came out and still use them today, I was 255lbs not im at 186lbs. hardwork every day and good eating habits 80% of the time.....they work....PERIOD!!
good taste and effective would reccommend
I didn't like the taste of these bars at all. They were recommended to me by a friend (this is her favorite flavor) but I didn't enjoy them. It was filling, but not as minty or chocolatey as I had hoped.
