While I do take many supplements for working out, and when they are combined it's very hard to tell which are working and which are not, I can honestly say I love taking these daily. The ingredients are all natural and the flavor is amazing to me. The company says they are not made of gelatin, but the do have a gelatin feel, which I do like. Most supplements come in pill form and this is a kind of fun deviation from that. I haven't tried this product stand-alone, so I can't speak to its actual effects, but would absolutely continue to use this product based on its ingredients and taste!

Given the chance to use this long(er) term I think I'd really have a deeper appreciation! The texture and the taste are both very pleasant and not at all unsavory. Short term the benefits aren't readily evident. I'd like to know how it interacts with prescription and over-the-counter mediations along with other supplements and vitamins/minerals.

Already opened container with half of the supplements already taken and delivered in a damaged box.
I tried these and observed no help or increase in what it claimed.

If I do zero star i would. Order said delivered but never received package. Ring camera,shows no delivery ay all by UPS. Contacted seller and no reply. Walmart issued me a prompt refund. Walmart is great but the seller is terrible. Don't buy from this seller, find somebody else on Walmart.com.
When I received this item after taking it out of the package I founded the container was already half open therefore I would like to return it for another one please
They send me trash these gummies were open and the lid came destroyed I don't ven know how this could happen they have already refunded me I needed these vitamins there were gummies missing I threw them away because I wasn't gonna eat them who knows who or what touched those gummies terrible experience.
