product worked better than my existing prescription meds the only side effect was feeling relaxed and rested upon wakeup. good stuff. i suggest dosage of 1 gummy per 25 lbs that you weigh. take 45 min before bedtime. as soon as you start to feel sleepy go to bed right away. wake up feeling glorious.
Great sleep aid. I take 2 right before bed (30 minutes) and they work pretty quickly. A great find--there's nothing like insomnia! I highly recommend. I keep them on hand so I don't run out. They don't have sugar so they can be taken right before you hit the pillow!
I have taken these for about a year and they work great. I am distressed to find that the store's have stopped stocking them. I was told they have been discontinued and would like for them to reconsider. I have been unable to find them anywhere else. Typical you get started on something and then it disapears.
