I rub it on at night on my shoulder muscle
I have been have trouble sleeping due to severe shoulder pain, the pain had gotten so bad if I even moved the wrong way I would be jolted out of sleep in pain so excruciating it would nearly bring me to tears. This muscle rub has given me a peaceful sleep. It has relieved my pain both day and night, I still have shoulder troubles but at least its now livable. I also must comment on the smell, its one of the best smelling scents ever, I LOVE the way it smells, so fresh so clean. This is a all around perfect pain killer.
Whenever I work too much I always have a sore neck and shoulders from hunching over (no matter how much I try not to). I thought I would give this a shot, and wow - it is like magic!! I hadn't even finished rubbing it onto my left side before the pain was almost entirely gone from my right side! This is amazing!!1
I have used the sore muscle rub and the sore joint rub for arthritis pain and find both to be exceptional products. Pain relief that is natural and actually smells nice is truly a bonus!
It is not greasy, and works well really good. It dose not leave a medicated smell yet absorbs in to the area and works the best for me.

We have multiple tins of this rub. My teens love it for after sports. Smells good and applies nicely. It's also a perfect size and travels well. Please don't change this product.
The ginger and cayenne in this balm is great for feet and hands. So good I bought 6!
Do not need to apply much to work. Not greasy and works quickly and last for hours! Love the sent not overbearing no medicinal smelling.
