I got this for my daughters 4th birthday. She loves it Wal mart even put it together for me at no extra fee.She couldnt wait to ride. And she loved the water bottle and fannypack .
This was a gift from santa. She loved it The bike was easy to put together no instructions needed..great value also
The bike is wonderful! My daughter, who is obsessed with disney princesses, loves it! My complaint comes with the directions which are lousy. I had it shipped to store, which requires assembly, i figured how hard could it be? It technically wasn't, however the booklet made it complicated by showing various bikes and directions that didn't pertain to the one I purchased and had terrible diagrams.
Beautiful bike. Looks exactly like the pictures. Seems to be very sturdy
I purchased this for my daughter's 4th birthday. It was perfect, she fell in love with it and rides it everyday. Great quality. Lots of purple and pink with the princess' ... what more could a little girl want? A helmet. You can get that at Wal-Mart also with the princesses on it!
My little girl loves the princess bike, but putting it together was a different story. The instructions were horrible, but I figured it out on my own. Also, be sure to check your bike out for defects on the paint or shoddy placement of the decals (as was the case with this bike).
We purchased the Huffy Princess 12" Bike for our 3 1/2 year old daughther along with the Princess Helmet, Knee and Elbow Pads set. It was apparently easy to assemble, my husband said he did it without the instructions. The Princess decals were already applied and peeling off on the frame. We applied additional Disney Princess Stickers to help hold it down. Of course you pay extra for the Disney name, but we bought it on Day After Thanksgiving sale. My husband likes the fact that the tires are plastic and do not go flat. If you have a Princess ready to enjoy her first bike, this is a fun one to start with.
I would say to all parents that this is a great starter bike for there little girl. It's built well ,safe and will last.My daughter is almost 3 yrs and when ever she see's it ,she must be on it.I can't get her off or away with out some dramatic break down.So for all you moms and dads out there that are looking for the same response,as a fellow dad ,this is the bike for you.
I bought this for my 3 year old. She loved it, and it is totally "girly". When putting it togethor though the rear wheel would not properly line up with the rim, though it did inflate. The handle bars were slightly off center when I bolted them on. I did not worrry with taking it back because it will work fine for her, and this will be a short term bike for her. Huffy needs to observe their quality control and adjust designs accordingly. When I was a child, Huffy was a quality, economical toy maker, now they are just economical.
We have owned this bike for 6 months. My 4 year old has only ridden it around the sidewalks of our neighborhood about twice a week. The tire tread has worn down so far that it now has a hole more than an inch long (picture attached). The tire will no longer hold air and needs to be replaced. Also, we previously replaced the seat because it doesn't raise much higher than in the picture, and it was too short for our 4 year old. I was thrilled to give this bike to my daughter, but I am now very disappointed with the quality.
