I couldn't have asked for a better dress. The gathers at the stomach area hide a multitude of sins, the fabric does not wrinkle - throw it in a suitcase and it will come out perfect, and you can wear a bra with it!! AWESOME - for a tropical vacation or a wonderful summer evening!!
I got many compliments on this dress. I wore it to a wedding in the tropics and it was flowy, and nicely fitting, but did not cling in places that you don't want things to cling to you. Because of the rouching in the middle, it hid any imperfections that I had and was very flattering.
I bought this dress for formal night on a cruise. I wore a small pearl necklace, pearl earrings and 1 inch heals w/o hose. I looked as good as the people who spent hundreds of dollars on their dresses. I wore this dress also with a flat pair of sandles on the beach. This dress is very versital. For the money it is a great buy. It can be dressed down or up. AWESOME BUY!!!!!!!
I ordered this dress in black and in red. I did this knowing that jersey knit is typically forgiving and does no wrinkle much. The dress has a flattering fit and bunches just under the cleavage to give a slimmer appearance. It can be worn as dress casual to formal. It would depend on accessories and shoes. I will probably remove the bows at the shoulders to keep with a more refined look. Also the way it bunches would not be my first choice, but that in no way affects the overall look on you. Buy it, you will love it!
I bought this dress in a red color which is beautiful red. I havent had the chance to wear it out, but it is a dress that you can use to a formal event or just out for a cocktail. Hope you all enjoy it as much. Fits me a little long but, overall it is very nice.
The price is fantastic for a dress that fits as well as this one does. I love the rouching around the waist of the dress. I have problems with the "backfat" that I hate SO much, and because the rouching goes all the way around the dress, it hides that flaw, and I feel very comfortable wearing it. It hits below the knee, so it has that classic feel. I have the red dress, and plan on buying the black one. I like to wear it out to dinner with heels, or to a barbeque with a jean jacket and sandels, so it has great potential for a day/evening dress. I LOVE IT!
This dress fits so nice and is so flattering. I liked it so much I got 2 in each color. The picture doesn't show how nice this dress actually is. I was really shocked when I put it on and looked in the mirror. I guess I just wasn't expecting much for such a good price.
I loved the dress got it in the red for a valentine dance. unfortunately I had to return it. it was to big. I listened to a review and ordered it 1 size up. Just order your true size and you should do fine. I also plan on reordering but this time in black.
I ended up buying this dress in red and black. When I received the dresses, I immediately tried them on. Couple of things to note: - I'm 5'7 - I have a small chest (Small B Cup) The dress seemed really really long on me and my chest did not fill out the dress. Thankfully I have a amazing push-up bra and that seemed to help me fill it out. The cut was cute and the way the dress was made help conceal my back fat (LOVE THAT). Despite all my complaints with the dress - I've decided to keep the dresses.
Well, I think the dress is nice. That's why I brought it in the first place. What caught my attention was the flaring at the bottom; however when I received it, there was not as much flaring as in the picture. Also, it was a little too big for me, but this is something I figured would happen. The main reason I returned it is the fact that it looks similar to a dress that I already purchased from Wal-Mart. I needed for a special event, and I had something similar. Perhaps I should have purchased the red one. Whatever the case, it is a nice dress, but it just didn't work for me.
