The product is foam, with a thin layer of laminate on it. It is flimsy. There was a giant dusty workboot footprint on the back of the black foam, where someone at the factory had stepped on it. The double-sided sticky pads that are supposed to hang the board held for about 6 hours, then the board hit the floor. There were scratches on the white laminate. A pushpin leaves a large hole in the foam. Overall, it's way overpriced for such low-quality. I would expect something like this from a dollar store, or as a freebie giveaway. We bought this for our office at a major university... it's an eyesore and a waste of funds.
