I love this comforter! It looks beautiful in my newly-re-done room! Great price and great quality, isn't that what everyone wants? Then buy this product! = ]]
I purchased this for my daughter who has always wanted a black comfortable. She said that it was warm. Although I am not a fan of black bedroom accessories, I must admit that it looks extremely sharp when placed on the bed...especially with white or beige sheets & pillowcases.
While searching every website for a plain black comforter for a christmas present for my son, I finally came across this one. It was a great price and I could get it delivered to the store, which is right up the street, at no cost. This twin comforter is the most comfortable and well made one I have seen, my 9 year old loves it! It handled well in the washer and dryer and still came out looking like it just came from the package.
My son wanted an all black comforter and that is harder to find than you would think. I found this one on the website and tried to find it in the store by us but they only carried really bright versions of it. We ordered it online and it came very quickly. When we got it home we put it straight on his bed and he was thrilled. It is a great size (twin) to cover the bed and go down the sides almost all the way. We are really happy!
It is true what they said in the other reviews - this comforter attracts lint and other fibers easily. The comforter is very soft and well-made, though.
Its warm and comfortable! It looks great too! Collects lint easily but other than that its fantastic!
My 18 year-old daughter found this comforter on-line and bugged me until I bought it for her. Quality seems good although we haven't had it long, very warm without feathers all over the place! One thing my daughter has complained about is the way 'things' just cling to it. Any piece of thread or fuzzy or anything light like that. It really bothers her since that greatly detracts from it's attractiveness and for an 18 year-old girl who's in the process of redecorating her room, that's a BIG deal. For this reason, it appears to require maintenance, ie: defuzzing, to look good.
Nice for a teen, but attracts a lot of lint. If not for using my lint brush everyday, the comforter is great!
This quilt looked great for the first week then it collected every piece of lint and hair that floated nearby. After a wash, the stuffing which is white oozed through the seams and it looks as though the comforter now has permanent dandruff. I spent an hour with a lint brush and it looks better, but a few days from now it will start all over.
I thought I was really going to love this product. It is very soft. However, the day I got it I washed it because I always wash things before I use it. I looked on the tag and it said machine wash. I followed all the directions. I let it air dry even though it says you can tumble dry low. Anyway, when I got the comforter out, it had holes all in it. There were white marks all over it also. Needless to say, it is not worth the price you have to pay if it is going th ruin in the washing machine. They at least need to change the label!
