Sturdy, and well made

This packaged arrived layered in 3 boxes. No damage to any of the boards inside. There were quite a few pieces to put together, but the decent directions and a little common sence go a long way. Took about half an hour to build. Very sturdy when done. Large storage areas. No tilt anchor included. No changing pad comes with this. Best part about it for me, is that it can easily become a shelving unit when you no longer need a changing table.

More than a changing table, it is a cat lounge!

I got this changing table for my 19 month old grandbaby, but I did not read closely enough to realize at the time I ordered it that it does not come with the curved changing table pillow/mattress that would typically be placed on top of the table before use. I don't get to see my granddaughter as much as I had been, so I decided instead of buying a pillow to fit in the top of the raised edge table, I would put it in the window so our cat, Luno, would have a great place to lounge and watch out the window. For that purpose, and storage below, it has worked out perfectly. I bought 12x12x12 collapsable storage totes for stashing things regularly used in that room with one space left open to park laptops and notebooks making them out of the way but within easy reach. This is a substantial piece of furniture, not at all light weight or frail. The reason it got a 4 star and not 5 is that the assembly instructions are fairly poor. My son assembled it in about an hour, but some of the steps are not only unclear, but as my son found out, slightly out of order so that making mistakes is probable. With it fully assembled, there is a gap between the sides and the front cosmetic rails, intended to make it more rounded and finished looking. A couple of pieces would have to be taken apart and reordered to close that gap. But for my purposes, it doesn't matter, so I doubt we will reassemble it. All in all, this is a sturdy, useful piece of furniture that will be utilized far beyond it's maker's intentions. Cat loft and vantage point anyone?

Sturdy Changing Table

This is a very sturdy changing table, and for the price it probably can't be beat for a new item. We had a little trouble following the directions to put it together because at least 3 of the picture instructions were missing......and often it was unclear which side was the 'good' side and which one wouldn't be seen. The 'bins' will hold a 14 X14 X18 bin box, so that is really large. And the whole top is inset so a changing pad would not slip around. We are an older couple, with no babies, so I will be using this for my oil painting supplies. Being able to use the shelves or insert a bin will be very handy. Altogether I am very pleased with this product. Just be careful when assembling it because every step is not explained properly. But I've found this to be true with almost anything I have assembled. Oh, and you will probably need 2 people to assemble it. It must be turned over a couple of times and it gets quite heavy and awkward.

This product looks great. It is a bit cheaply made, and there are a LOT of little assembly parts. It took us a few hours to put it together. Once it is assembled though, it looks really cute and it's much bigger than I expected. It's so nice that it has all that storage space. It is also really sturdy, I definitely feel comfortable putting my son on it once he gets here.

Good changing table, a bit difficult to assemble

Riley Baby Changing Table arrived well packed. It was shipped in a box in addition to the manufacturer's box in which the parts came. The package weighed more than 60lb and I had a hard time moving it from my front door to room. All the panels, pieces, and screws were properly labeled and was easier to identify. I recommend getting help from a friend to assemble this and make sure to follow the instructions properly. Also, pay close attention to instructions regarding finished size. I had to remove and re attach two panels because I had two finished sides attached to the wrong side. The back panel is a cardboard sheet. I recommend pasting some art paper or fabric to this if you prefer a better finish. I opted to leave this out so that the back wall can be seen through the shelves. Once assembled, it is very sturdy and easier to move the whole table compared to when it first arrived in a box. The changing area is about 17"x32" and each cubic shelf is about 14"x14". This has plenty of room for storage, but you may have to purchase baskets or small storage units to fit these cubes if you want to use them as drawers. This unit can be converted in to a bookcase by removing the front wooden bar of the changing section.

Too wobbly

My overall impression of this table is that it doesn't meet my standards. The table wobbles a little from side to side so I would not feel safe putting a child on it. I took my time putting this changing table together. About 2.5 hours. I laid all the peices out in order to ensure a smooth transition from step to step. The first bump in the road came during step 1. 2 of the table tops were mislabled. Not too big of a deal because where the screws go it was easy to figure out which one was which. Overall it was not difficult to to put together. The one thing I didn't like once completed was that the seams where the pieces of wood meet. Some are flushed and look great while others have a gap. It just gives a very cheap vibe. In the end since I couldnt use this as a changing table I decided to try it as a book shelf. Otherwise I think its going in the trash.

Finished product is how I expected. However my biggest issue was the assembly process. Took over 2 hours to piece everything together due to poor written instructions and nothing marked correctly. Therefore we found ourselves having to do a trial and error. Also placement of warning sticker is a eyesore. Seems to this could have been thought out better.

Disappointed

This changing table was a piece of junk. The pieces didn't match up, it had sides that were not painted and it was not sturdy at all. My husband and father put it together and took it apart as soon as they realized the poor quality. I would not recommend this item. We are returning it tomorrow.

Poor quality

I ordered this changing table before my daughter was born. The only good thing about it is that it got shipped on time. When me and my boyfriend went to put it together, only two pieces were labeled. Putting it together was like a jigsaw puzzle because of that. Once it was finally together, no matter how hard we tried, we could not get the pieces to fit together. My daughter is now two months old and the changing table is now falling apart. One of the screws will not stay no matter how many times I fix it cause if the boards to come loose. My overall opinion of this product is that it is made from cheap material, is a pain to put together and does not last. It was a waste of money.
