I ordered this headset after reading the reviews. The positive reveiws are right...they work great and it's hard to beat the price.
I am really pleased with these headphones. They work better than the ones I bought at Best Buy and I paid much less for these. I would purchase them again in a heartbeat.
I love this headset. It doesn't squeeze my head, which is a big plus. My last headset would give me a headache because I felt like my head was being squeezed off. It has worked perfectly with my online college videos and conferences. It is also a good gaming headset.
Change out the headset before using it, thought I was getting a better one from another company. Disappointed after noticing other workers using the Plantronic and they are very satified with the quality and sound of it. Tried theirs and I have reorder the Plantronic and can't wait until it arrival.
This is a perfectly good headset, for the price. I prefer bi-naural, but they're harder to find and then they're a lot more expensive. This little headset is a nice one, though. It has the 2.5mm plug, that I needed, to plug into my landline phone, to do work from home. The sound quality of the microphone and earpiece are good, clear with no scratching. It's just as good as another headset, I have, that I paid $99.00 for - so I would recommend it, good for the price.
This headset is great for the price. It works great, but it is not real comfortable on the ear. It tends to slide off sometimes. I thought it had the rubber ear covering, but it is sponge.
This is a good headset. It is comfortable. However, I did not look to see that it did not have the noise reduction feature. It also doesn't have a volume control. Every now and then, it is very difficult for me to understand my customers when they call my line. I will have to order another headset. This is a good headset, but it is not meant for professional work at home professionals.
I had one that had a control of the sound this one has nothing. Not one of the best plantronics headsets.
Bought this headset to cancel any extra noise my pets might produce while working from home, and not only can clients still hear stuff going on, I an barely hear them and what they are saying. Having them repeating stuff 2 and 3 times is not a good thing!
Before you buy this headset, make sure it works with, what ever you want to use with. I returned it the day after I picked it up. I could hardly hear the dial tone, and could not adj the volume to hear the voice mail.
