I first bought these when the national brand was in short supply, wanted something other than toast in the morning. I don't notice any taste difference between the national brand and these. My only request would be to add a few more blueberries to them.
Great Value waffles, in my opinion, are much better than the name brand we all know. Great for a quick breakfast or snack.
You cannot tell the difference! The taste is just about identical to other "name brand" frozen waffles. Not better than homeade of course, but great if you are in a hurry & have to eat breakfast fast.
I purchased these because Wal-Mart was out of the blueberry Eggo's. In my opinion, these waffles are better. The waffles are fluffier and taste more like "homemade" waffles. I will continue to purchase the Wal-Mart brand.
