purchased because it was narrow and would go through doorways easily. Ordered one . Break didn't work, but kept it anyway. Wrote the company, but heard nothing. Ordered a second one to have on the second floor. Brake does work on this one. First came in a really quick time. Second took a long time. It is a really nice cart. My husband likes it so much better than a standard walker.
Ive actually bought 2 of these because they are so necessary to me. I take it when we travel & I'm worried luggage handlers will damage it. I've tried many walkers, several ending up being donated. This is the only one I'm able to operate the brakes on. It's great getting around furniture & tight spaces, swivels well & is just perfect in the house. The bar going all the way across allows you to hold on with one hand. The basket & tray are great. It has no seat but since it's intended for use indoors you shouldn't need one. I've seen a few reviews say the brakes didn't work but they can be adjusted. My brakes work fine & I can operate them with one hand even though my hands are very weak. There are no sharp metal brakes by the wheels so I feel it's much safer when Grandkids are playing near my walker, plus it doesn't scratch doorframes if you bump them...which I rarely do with this walker since its narrow enough to fit through doors. I just can't say enough good things about this walker. The design is so different from most walkers & is a great improvement. Other walkers must be designed by someone who's never used one. I only wish they made a similar design with larger wheels & a seat for use outdoors.
Perfect for small areas and moving from room to room. Tray is good fro carrying items. My 93 old mother loves it
Would probably give it fives but have only had it for a week when walmart sent out this survey so will have to wait longer for a full appraisal.In the week it does it's job is small and light and easy to transport.Mother in law loves it.
