Its a fun phone. Not too small or too big form factor. I use it as a spare phone for my fishing, hiking and camping trips!
I bought this about a year ago and am very satisfied. Besides the device I love the prices and plans of Freedom Pop and I will stay with them as long as I use cell phone.
transaction went smooth, I have a mobile hot spot from Freedom Pop and saw the add for the low priced service and phone, I wanted a low priced backup phone, I could not get it on my existing account so I logged out of my account and cleared my cookies then clicked on the link again and created a new account to get was was advertised. I could not get the area code I wanted though,
I have had this for almost a week. Had to do an initial carrier reset, but has worked great since then. The tech support at FreedomPop is good. Only thing is, have to carry a portable battery charger or have access to somewhere to charge-battery life could be better. Would be great for a child/teen or older person that does a few apps. Price for the plans cannot be beat, and if you have wi-fi access available you use next to no data. Camera is OK but very sensitive-took a lot of pics that I had to delete.

This phone was like brand new. No scratchs. Good battery life.
I've had this phone for almost a year now. The phone itself has great features and is easy to use. We use it as an "extra" phone in our household if one of the kids needs to take one somewhere. I feel our kids are still too young to have their own personal phones. The battery life of this phone is horrible though. It needs to be charged daily even without any use. That's very frustrating. We have to plan ahead and make sure it is charged if it needs to be taken along with one of the kids.
Could not stop voice responses on phone.
Waste of money. The service don't work. I've had phone connected almost a week and haven't been able to talk to anyone yet. I can call them and they can call me, but we can't hear each other. I even upgraded to the premium and it didn't help. The only thing I can do is text. The phone came with a charger that don't work
The phone came with their Premium Plus package. Tethering did not work Premium Voice did not work Voice Mail finally worked after 3 hours on hold and a tech support person almost ran out of ideas. After that if finally workes
