I love to take baths with Equate Melatonin Epsom Salts. I especially love the Lavendar/Chamomile oils to provide a more restful sleep and destress my day if it was particularly full of challenges. It definitely calms you down and clears the mind. Highly recommend this wonderful product.
These are the most wonderful Epsom salt! The lavender smell is heavenly, and the melatonin is so relaxing! Makes a great bath to soak in. And also makes a wonderful foot soak. If you take a shower instead of a bath, mix a little into your body wash and make a scrub how do you miss information let it soak for a couple of minutes then rinse during elections. Will definitely be buying more!
I've been using lavender epsom salts for awhile, as the aromatic qualities are so calming and soothing. So when I discovered that Equate is now offering lavender with chamomile, I was very excited to try! I have chronic achy feet, so soaking them in Epsom salts is part of my treatment for pain. It's very relaxing and helps me prepare my feet for self-pedicures! Thank you, Equate, for adding chamomile! It also states that the salts have melatonin, which is usually taken orally to improve sleep function; therefore, I'll likely be using the salts for evening foot soaks and hopefully get the added benefit of improved sleep hygiene!
This Epsom Salt Lavender & Chamomile has a wonderful scent and not overbearing. It dissolves nicely in a warm bath not leaving a grindy feel on the skin. Very smooth and relaxing. You can pour some in a dish and just leave it in the dish for a wonderful smell in your bathroom. You can also add some to your liquid bath soap or perhaps mix with face cream for exfoliating your skin.
I had no idea a nightly foot soak could help me relax and unwind so much but it's absolute heaven! I have been soaking my tootsies in a nice warm mix of this melatonin epsom salt and hot water for about 15 minutes to half hour each night while I finish the last of my emails since I never stop working and I'll tell you, by the time I'm done, I'm actually ready to lay down and relax instead of looking for what else needs to be done like I usually would! So, I would say, if you need something to help relax you at the end of a stressful day, give this a go and you might be pleasantly surprised cause I sure as heck was and still am!! I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a little help stopping your non stop mind from over thinking and relaxing instead.
I have tried tons of epsoms salt and this one so far is the best one I have ever had. It smells so good with the lavander and chamomile scent. It makes me feel so relaxed and smells great throughout the house when I draw my bath every nite. I love how it makes my body feel relaxed for a good nights sleep and how it helps my very sore back pain with relief. I highly recommend this product and wish they sold it in a bigger bag.

I got the Melatonin, Lavender and Chamomile,. The smell is awesome, stays with you, relaxes you and also helped me sleep all night. This one is compared to Dr. teal's but for me is better and the price roo. Soothes sore, tired muscles, I feel less pain, as I suffer from hip pain. You can use it as exfoliant too. Honestly I wanted to stay more than the 30 minutes I stood. And best of all, it won't leave any grease, color or sediment in your.
There's not much to say about bath salts cause they're all pretty much the same. But I love the smell of lavender and this brand hit the nail on the head with this scent. Not too strong or overwhelming but definitely pleasant for a good long soak. The salt disintegrated within about three minutes which is typical. Now the bag claims to soothe muscles however I would say to use this for a relaxation session rather than a muscle tension treatment. I don't know how many times you'd be able to use this cause the big isn't very big and the directions state to put 2 cups into the water but for now, it will do.
