I have tried all the different flavoured lip balms and Burt's Bees never fails to disappoint me. This is the only lip balm that works for me. I literally cannot survive without it. I first used Burt's Bees when my brother introduced it to me years go and I've been hooked ever since. You will not be disappointed with this product!
I've been using the vit E and peppermint for years now and there's just nothing to compare it to. I've tried natural paw paw, pineapple mint carmex, dermal, tinted Burt's bees balms, nourishing lip glosses, all the rest like chap stick, nivea. Nothing compares, at all. This is the only stuff that helps!
This is the only lip balm I have ever finished a tube of because it is so amazing! It's the only lip balm I have bought over and over again because I'm so addicted and nothing else is as good. Please don't ever delete it! And if you haven't tried it already, then you need to!
My little tin of lip balm is almost finished.I'm using it very sparingly as I've just found out it's no longer available! Please please bring it back as the sticks are nowhere near as good
I got this for Christmas and l have had it before. This stuff is amazing and l have tried hundreds of lip balm but nothing like this. One of the reasons people don't like it is because of the tingling sensation, they think it is just to much peppermint in the lip balm but it's actually a good thing because the tingling sensation is actually getting rid of the crusty bit and making your lips not dry. Tip: The more you put on the more it helps believe me!!
I agree whole heartedly with the reviews below- have been scouring the shops and internet to buy the little tin of lip balm- it is so great especially when wearing a mask all day- I'm a medic and get sore lips wearing the PPE. I have 3 teenage girls and they keep stealing my dwindling supply of lip balm in the tin- was planning to buy them each one and get them to spread the word amongst their friends.PLEASE BRING BACK.
Peppermint should be the main flavour written on the package, not BEESWAX with Peppermint in tiny writing underneath. Yes I didn't read it properly at the supermarket, but I compared (and actively avoided) the other flavours such as Strawberry, Mango, Grapefruit, which were all clearly labelled as the main flavour and with identifying colours on the packaging (red, orange, pink respectively). It looked like plain Beeswax, but it's disgusting peppermint.
I bought this for Christmas because I used to love burts bees in a tin and thought it was the same just in a stick, but it's not. It's really sticky on my lips and doesn't glide on at all. Also the peppermint is ridiculously overpowering and all I could think about was my lips stinging and feeling sticky. Felt like I had Vicks vapour rub on my lips. They didn't feel moisturised at all. I couldn't wait to take it off. however their rose tinted moisturising lip balm felt nice on my lips and was soft, shiny and glides on easily.
have seen burts bees being hyped up for years so i was so excited to try it out. it literally felt so waxy and dry on my lips, it doesn't glide on your lips at all. literally just feels like hard wax. i'm sad because i really did want to like it and i don't understand how everyone loves it. i love the packaging too :(
I have been using burt's bees for years, I have sensitive and dry lips and this always made them smoother and less dry, it was my all-time favorite lip balm. I stopped using this for awhile about a month ago and tried another brand because I had lost mine, and then i purchased a new one and it wasn't the same, it made my lips sticky, dryer than before and red- I don't know if it's a recipe change or my lips just getting used to it again but i'm very disappointed.
