I have used this brand before so I tried it again. It's quiet and cuts smoothly. It comes with enough pieces to easily fade to different lengths. Works fine for the cost of the product.
Very easy to use and does a good job of cutting hair.
This is a very well made brand compared to some of the others out there. I've owned a Remington for quite some time and only recently had to buy a replacement as my old one finally gave out after constant use for over 8 years. I bought the Andis listed here because of the rave reviews. The Andis brand can't hold a candle to this Remington. I returned the Andis and bought this one. The Andis got hot to the touch, but not this Remington! The Remington is well made, it stays cool no matter how long you let it run. It cuts cleanly and doesn't pull like other reivews claim. It has a nice long cord so it's easy to use. The kit comes with a wide arrange of guides, hair clips and brushes. The cleaning brush and the apron they give you is kind of a joke. The apron is nothing more than a plastic trash bag with a string to tie around your neck! But these items don't have anything to do with the quality of the actual trimmer. The only real complaint I could have is the guide combs on the older model were better made than this newer model, but even still, they work well and are sturdy enough for routine use. Overall, I would recommend this.
For the money I think this product is pretty good. I started cutting my husband's hair to save money and now I also cut my father's hair. The only issue that I have is that the blades wear down to quickly and it would be nice if it came with spare blades. But for paying $20 out of pocket one time I've saved over $200 (I bought the clippers last year) by not sending them to the barber.
I have been buying clippers for a while and this was the worst!!!!! it pulls hair and cuts very slow you have to go over the same spot several time to get the hair to cut..(what is left after you pull it out) and then still leaves stragleers behind. would not buy or recomend this product to anyone.
Not worth taking home; they just don't cut well. Recommend spending more for better quality.
