Looks great we roll them when it rains and when it is windy. We needed somthing for our overhang we had put up.
They are a fair price for the quality. I use them under a deck to enclose a raised terrace for privacy when using a hot tub. I tie them down to the ground when the wind picks up and them seem to be strong enough to resist normal wind gusts. Very pleased with them as I have 7 of different sizes.
I purchased these roll up blinds for my porch to add a little privacy. There is absolutely no privacy at all. You can see straight through these blinds. The only plus was it blocked the sunlight. These blinds started to bend and tear as I installed them. Exactly one week later after installing them to my porch, a heavy rain/thunderstorm came through and tore the bottom a loose on two of three that I purchased. I will be returning these blinds for a full refund.
I bought these blinds to cover my sliding glass doors. I like them a lot. They keep some of the cold air out but I can still see outside. They are very functional, the only thing that I would say about them is that the pvc is very light and there were even one or two spots on my blinds that were tore a little when it came out of the box but it is not super noticeable and for the price I thought they were great.
These blinds were delivered quickly and packaged great. Only downfall is the material they are made from is pretty thin so they are easily bent and misshaped if not careful. You just need 3 screws to hang them where you chose and installation was simple and quick! I love the privacy and shade they provide!
Blinds were inexpensive. Hung them outside under a pergola. Any wind makes them swing, so had to put rubber tips on all the hooks to keep the blind from blowing off the hooks. Ordered the largest one, 8 by 8 foot. Pulling up on the strings caused the blind pull to pop out of the plastic header so put tie wraps on both sides to try and secure this device. So it has been a lot of work. But I think they will keep the sun out of the outside dining area and you can see through the blinds so you don't feel confined when they are all the way down. And they were the least expensive ones I could find in that size.
These shades are affordable but not very well made. The cords that hold the shade have a plastic piece at the top that keeps popping out so you have to get the ladder to try and put it back in so you can roll them back up. Then when the plastic piece slides through the bracket you end up tying it to the hook holding the whole shade. Just seems like a lot of money for cheap hardware. That being said they do help keep the heat out and that was why I bought them.
They are inexpensive, and so constructed, with acceptable price/quality ratio but Walmart has a huge problem with consistent stock. I bought 2 of them 72 and 36. See below what the look like side by side. They are unable to tell you in advance what color they have currently in stock or even whether they match. That is bad. Not recommended when two of different size needed as was my case.
After reading the reviews I thought this would be a good shade to block out the sun and provide a little privacy. I was wrong. The blinds were so thin they barely blocked out any sun. And they provided absolutely no privacy. I can't believe I rec'd. the same blinds that others have been happy with. When I returned them to the store the clerk informed me that they were half that price in the store. I said that's about what they're worth. If you want a blind to block out/reduce the sun's rays, you do NOT want these blinds. Similarly, if you want a blind to provide at least a little privacy, these aren't for you.
within 1 minute of having finished the installation, a storm hit and blew my new blinds to smithereens. needless to say, i was very unhappy with this cheap product.
