as we bake a lot of brownies, I rate this as a no. 1 in baking helps. no more wasted brownies.
I love this pan, much smaller than I was thinking but great. Yes, it doesn make it more washing but when I pull the divider out run it under water quick and throw it in the dishwasher. Comes out great. I don't put foil to keep it from leaking and always put it in the center rack, never have had a problem with it. Over all its a great product if you are wanting neat even pieces, works great for fun treats. I'm getting another one I love it so much!
This pan is awesome. I've had mine for 5 years. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I've never used foil as the instructions say. I put the bottom in the pan, spray it with non-stick spray, pour my batter in, spray the divider and put in the oven. I've always put a cookie sheet under it but never had it leak. I love it. Mine was a gift and I'm actually buying another. My mother borrowed my pan and I had to go and take it back. She loved it so much she would not return it!

I was given this pan as a gift and was skeptical about using it. I was sure the grate would stick or the sides would not let go as described. I have to say I was very surprised, it worked as it should. It worked great. I didn't use foil but I did put the pan on a cookie sheet. The enclosed recipes will be fun to try. It was easy to clean up, and I let the pan sit overnight. The only reason I didn't give it more 5 stars is that is is a bit small. It does use a regular brownie mix.

I purchased this about a year ago and have used it about a dozen times or so. I have never lined the pan with foil and have not had a problem with leaking batter as long as I stick to the smaller sized batter mixes. If I use one that's for a 13x9, it likes to leak but if I stick to one for a 9x9, I'm golden. It's also beneficial to use a bit less water for a slightly thicker batter. Since I hate cleaning my oven, I simply put a sheet of foil UNDER the pan just in case and haven't had any issues. Be generous with the grease/spray and be sure to get all the corners. If you follow that, your brownies will come out picture perfect just like the infomercial.
I received the product, opened it, and was quite disappointed - and haven't even used it yet! Reading the instructions, using foil, to line the pan, to keep the batter from leaking - - - not what was described in their 'wonderful' commercial. If you foil the pan, then how to you remove the brownies with foil, with the removable bottom? I will use it, since I purchased it, but I am not quite happy the set up. The foil will make clean up easy, except for the separator insert.
My husband purchased this for me as a Mother's Day gift. It is very small. In fact, my mother-in-law laughed and asked if I was making ice cubes. The brownies do come out very neatly cut as promised. I was worried when I found out the bottom had huge hole in it. The hole is covered by a thin plate which "pops" out when placed on the special cooling rack that 's included. Once the bottom pops up, it makes the brownies easy to grab. It's easy enough to use, and kind of neat. However, there are downfalls for me. One, is having to always remember to place the brownie tray on top of a cookie sheet-(it warns it may leak in the instructions thanks to the hole in the bottom!.) Another is having to use a LOT of non-stick cooking spray for the brownies to release easily. Also, since all the brownies are pre-cut, the edges tend to dry out on every piece right away. Lastly, there are a lot more things to wash when you compare it to a regular brownie pan.
The brownie dimensions are not all the same size; the middle row is longer. You have to spray everything (pan & divider) which proved to be messy. The bottom is removable, causing leakage of batter. These things are in the brochure, but not in the ad which, in my opinion, does not make it perfect.
