We used this to cover a book to look like a Golden ancient record. Even the folds still look shiny like gold. It doesn't wrinkle. It would make a great cake base cover. I highly recommend this wrapping paper.
When covering a cake board this is perfect
I've looked for and tried many other brands of foil paper to cover my cake boards, but have never found one that is as sturdy and of quality materials. I am always looking for a less expensive option, but so far I keep coming back to Wilton.
I haven't usedit yet, but have heard it is as good as a board that is pre covered.
The paper was heavier than I expected (nice!) but did not have as much of a pattern as I wanted. But there is a LOT on the roll, so it was a very good price.
It was perfect for wrapping cake boards under 14” round.
This is pretty standard foil for covering boards for cake decorating. The color is ok, a little too bright, but overall it does the trick.
It cover the boards well, was pretty easy to use and was grease proof. It would be better if had an adhesive backing. The foil also does scratch pretty easily.
Always buy it and it works great. Too short for a full sheet cake board or anything bigger than a 14 inch board
It works great but I received it damaged %26 it made my cake board not look wrinkled 🙁
