I was a little Leary about buying this machine because of a few negative reviews. This is the first time I have attempted to set up an industrial sewing machine, and found it challenging, but do able. There were no directions included, however, there were several videos on YouTube that provided enough information to lead me to a successful set-up. All the parts were included, I didn't have to run down to the hardware store for missing parts and/or screws. I believe the most helpful video was the Philippine Juki technician. He showed step by step how to attach the servo motor. I must have assembled it correctly because I am sewing with success.
It's a very nice machine
Machine came with no manual or instructions to assemble it. The machine requires oil to run and no oil was included and no disclaimer that it wasn't included. Called customer service and waited on hold for 45 minutes then left a number for a return call that never came. Attempted to contact the seller listed on order and website is expired and no other contact information.
